Worst location I've been to and I've been to a couple. Demanded payment for a previous visit, obviously fine, refused to provide any information on said bill. Wouldn't give me an invoice, date of service, anything. I left and went to a location that actually verified my information with me. Pretty sure it's legally required to provide documentation if demanding payment for medical services. Do better, get a receptionist that does their job. read more

So, I give an extra star for the no-contact check-in service. I was thinking that it would've been cool if my entire visit was robot-assisted. LOL! I will start with the good. The actual lab tech was great. I should've asked her name, she stood out among the other rather unfavorable personalities. Anyway, I won't go into specifics, I would caution patrons to phone first, making sure not to waste a trip. Also, I would ask that management offer training on hospitality or proper customer service. The office is operated in a very lackadaisical way. There is a lack of concern for the patrons, who are addressed and spoken to unprofessionally. The staff seemed insensitive and uncaring. read more

I called to verify if the request for a drug screen was sent over to their office. The male staff (with a feminine voice) answered the phone, and repeatedly cut me off. When I asked to speak to someone else, he gave the phone to Shanethia who was willing to listen and provide necessary information. While she spoke on the phone with me, he shouted over her, "Exactly, like I said" several times. Very unprofessional, I will be changing my testing site. read more

I've never been here before, but didn't find the COVID precautions here sufficient. They theoretically will let you wait in your car if you have an appointment and use the online check-in, but then they weren't ready for me when I came in and wanted me to wait in the waiting room (when I commented that I was concerned they did offer for me to go straight to a clinic room). Also more than one employee was not wearing their mask correctly, and because they do drug testing, hand washing after urine specimen collection isn't immediate (sink is outside the bathroom). I felt lightheaded after my blood draw because I was required to fast, and they also didn't have any juice or snacks to offer- they just gave me a cup of water and said to buy a snack from the cafe three stories down. It didn't feel like they were prepared to provide proper first aid. Overall, if you have the option to use a different facility, you should. If not, be prepared to advocate for your own safety (and maybe pack a snack). read more

I've been to this facility twice and both times the staff was efficient and kind. The waiting times can be a bit long due to the number of patients, but they try their best to manage the time well. The quality of care was exceptional, and once I was called in, it took only 5 minutes to complete everything. I didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but I came in for a drug screening request from my doctor. My insurance wasn't going to cover the testing as my doctor had requested, and I would have had to pay out of pocket. The staff member took the time to find a solution so that I wouldn't have to pay. I've seen some reviews complaining about rude staff, but I didn't experience that at all. Sometimes things are out of the staff's control, and it's unfair to blame them. Additionally, for people who aren't from the area, the staff's attitude might seem a bit unfriendly, but I think it just reflects the general demeanor of people in the city. My Endocrinologist is in the same building so Due to me having to get blood work done so often it's convenient to go to this lab. I have been going now for almost 5 years and the staff is always very Friendly and helpful. they try to get you in and out. If I could give them 10 stars I would! read more

Insensitive staff and an unprofessional facility! I came in at 5:30 for a drug test and was told they don't offer that service past 6, which doesn't make sense because that information should have been included in the email they sent me stating that their hours are from 8-6 pm. I tried to explain that to the staff, but she did not hesitate to deny me service and turn me to another location 30 minutes away. Do yourselves a favor and take your service elsewhere. read more
