The actual lab tech was great. I should've asked her name, she stood out among the other rather unfavorable personalities. Anyway, I won't go into specifics, I would caution patrons to phone first, making sure not to waste a trip. Also, I would ask that management offer training on hospitality or proper customer service. The office is operated in a very lackadaisical way. There is a lack of concern for the patrons, who are addressed and spoken to unprofessionally. The staff seemed insensitive and uncaring.

Then they got my lab order mixed up with a different person and told me to go to the imaging side and that I was in the wrong place. I was tired of waiting so I asked for my lab order back to go somewhere else. They told me I didn't give them a lab order and I had to go back and forth a bit of how I did give it to them. They finally realized and called me to the back to draw my blood. It was a very long wait and quite some disorganization for something that usually doesn't take long. The staff member who drew my blood did a good job overall.

So reading the reviews and ratings - i was shocked that everything went so well. Let me give you a walk through... - my appointment was at 11am - i arrived at 10:30am - checked-in on their kiosk (need to have driver license/insurance handed) - people were checked on every time they let someone go to see if anyone need help - at 11:02am - called in the back - at 11:10am - i was all done. Boom that fast - the ladies were so nice and friendly; the person that was assisting me i called "DRILL SEGRENT" because had every steps down pack. I was kinda nervous because i didn't want to mess up her flow - i'm also a person who doesn't like needles, so i glad she didn't count down - YOU COULD TELL SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! (Periodt!) The knee pain I was in the office for turned out to be a torn ACL, meaning my treatment for a serious condition has been delayed due to this issue at DFC, and I've been in pain this whole time. The "staff shortage" and lack of treatment and respect for my time has left me in pain. Decide for yourself if this is a place you want to trust with your health and well-being. Thanks to my new PCP who is NOT at DFC, I finally have a care team in place and I'm finally on the road to recovery.
