Honestly the ratings made me a little nervous... NOT GONNA EVEN LIE! Since i had to use Quest Diagnostics to make my job request smoother because if i had use my primary doctor, then i would've had to do a lot of paperwork. So reading the reviews and ratings - i was shocked that everything went so well. Let me give you a walk through... - my appointment was at 11am - i arrived at 10:30am - checked-in on their kiosk (need to have driver license/insurance handed) - people were checked on every time they let someone go to see if anyone need help - at 11:02am - called in the back - at 11:10am - i was all done. Boom that fast - the ladies were so nice and friendly; the person that was assisting me i called "DRILL SEGRENT" because had every steps down pack. I was kinda nervous because i didn't want to mess up her flow - i'm also a person who doesn't like needles, so i glad she didn't count down - YOU COULD TELL SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! (Periodt!) Don't schedule here. As soon as you walk in the office you are met with with a kiosk and then a bunch of signs that say DO NOT KNOCK ON THE GLASS. Which tells me people have been so annoyed with the service, they had to knock on the glass to get any attention. LONG STORY SHORT, I WAS 20 MINUTES EARLY TO MY APPOINTMENT, AND AT 20 MINUTES LATE I DID THE FORBIDDEN KNOCK ON GLASS. Only to be told by the staff, "you missed your appointment." The only reason they are getting a 4 start review is Lashawn. My experience trying to get in contact with someone was the worst. The agent on the phone was rude and put me on hold indefinitely once and then intentionally connected be to a non functional line the second. Lashawn was absolutely gentle and caring. She attended to me promptly and my experience was turned around solely because of her. She is gentle and absolutely amazing at her job! I would give her a mil stars if I could read more

The user interface online was a bit confusing to schedule a spot. I had to go in person to actually get an appointment at their kiosk. Using the kiosk was pretty easy and you just scan your insurance card there. I didn't have to talk to anyone until my actual appointment. Thankfully I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. I went in for a drug test for work/school and this place was one of the select few that was approved. I was a bit nervous going into this. The staff was somewhat nice but was a bit snappy and annoyed when I asked questions to clarify things. Would go again but if I have other options would rather go there instead. read more

This place is the worst for communication. They are billing the wrong insurance company and they refuse to change it. Now they are threatening me with a collection agent even though I have medical insurance Very poor customer service. Then you try to call them and they fixed the automated service so well you cannot get a live person on the phone. read more

Don't go here the nurses that were gentle are gone. The tech I got stabbed my arm so hard it bruised a ton. Plus you can't even call them to get someone on the phone to fax your test results to your doctor. Pretty terrible place overall read more

I too was nervous about going to the Dearborn location but it was the closest location with availability. I would recommend making an online account with Quest so you can access your results. Make an online appointment; I would not recommend walking in. You should show up at least 15 minutes early with your lab order, and sign in on the kiosk, because there isn't any one operating the front desk to answer questions or concerns. I went to get some vitamin testing and everything was good. Jewell was very patient and kind. She made sure that all my information was entered into the system correctly, and she drew my blood with care. I had no issues with her. My results posted within 3 days. read more

I was very impressed today when I got my blood drawn. The office has a streamlined sign in process. I had an appointment and was seen right on time. Lashawn was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The blood draw was quick and painless. I highly recommend this location. read more

Grand Rapids, Michigan Ave location - Staff was friendly and efficient but they were wearing their masks below their nose and there was no working sink in the bathroom or medical waste bins when I collected my urine sample so it seemed like they aren't taking Covid that seriously. Nurse also wrapped the band around my arm super tight for the blood draw and it was painful to the point where I'm wondering if I will bruise. read more

I had an appt today, made through the website, for 4:30 pm. When I arrived, the lady behind the window told me "we close at 4:00 and to call corporate." Then proceeded to turn the lights out in the lobby while I was still standing there. Apparently they have new hours...closing at 4:00...even thought the website AND the front door state they are open too 5:00 p.m. I drove 40 min to this appt and am quite irritated. Needless to say, I called "corporate" and she said "I'll let them know." So...if you are making appt for this location...don't plan on being here after 4:00...even if your confirmation says so!!!! :( read more

Disgusting! Stay away if you could. I have been to this facility twice. First experience was good but recent experience was really bad. Recently, i went there to give blood sample. One of their African American staff members withdrew blood from my arm. It took her several minutes to spot a vein on my arm. Even when she inserted needle, she missed it by several centimeters. Without even noticing that blood was not gussing through capilary she attached a collection tube and waited for a minute. Then she realized the problem and without even thinking twice she started wiggling needle under my skin to find a veni. I told her that it was hurting but she kept going. Finally she punctured my vein and collected blood. Even though it was hurting at that point, I thought pain will go away in a day or two. It has been 5 days and i still have a bump and brownish skin stain right underneath. It still hurts. I went back to facility to report the incident. One of the attendent told me that it is normal. She even said that you must have poped up the needle wound and that why it is still swollen and stained. She almost reacted as if this thing is very common to her. Word of advise, stay away from this facility. If you must go there then ask for an attendat who is experienced. P.S: I dont know the name of staff member who withdrew blood from me. Only thing i know is her ethnicity. Also, she was the only African American staff member there. Hence i mentioned it in my review to make it specific. However, i don't have any intention of linking unskillfulness of that staff member with her race or ethnicity. read more

Zero wait time, polite and effective staff what more can you ask for in a medical facility?

OMG! They are HORRIBLE. So difficult to find a number for customer service. They billed the wrong health ins even though I provided my health ID card at their office (which by the way they did not return to me). I had to tell them to bill the right co. Then I had to beg (called 3x) to get a bill. It's near impossible to review your statements online. And after you pay a bill you can't go back and review paid invoices. They billed my health ins incorrectly and now claim I own $2,000+ instead of more like $500. WORST experience ever! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE! read more

Canton, MI lab on Haggerty - Don't waste your time. Even though your paperworks says they are open on Saturday, they are NOT. They say they welcome walk in's DONT waste your time you will be waiting a very long time. I have been here twice and both times, was so frustrating. The woman behind the window is rude, slow and always says she is there by herself, that her assistant is a no show or running late. I would say if that is the case, they need to hire more people, and maybe people with a better work ethic and better attitude! read more

Walked in at 8:50 am, 6 people waiting with scheduled appointments.....the person that was working there never opened the window to see if anyone was signed in.
