They are fast…read morebecoming famous in this area for their lovely custom cakes, and their cupcakes, both traditional as well as specialty, cookies and cupcakes. Everything is homemade and so good you will wish you had bought more. While they do have cupcakes on hand to sell, as well as cookies, I have always called ahead for my cakes, so they have plenty of time to work them into baking schedule. This would be my suggestion, but I have never asked if they keep cakes made to decorate in a pinch either? The packing of the cupcakes, and cookies and cakes reflect the care and the pride that Brittany Glenn has in her business. This is the way it should be. People from as far away as Kansas City have now been treated to her wares, as I have ordered several times to take to nursing home, and friends houses. My mother who turned 96 years old today cried when she saw her Angel Food Cake with the White Mountain Frosting. This is the same cake that her mother made for her many years ago. And this was the most tender, wonderful tasting Angel Food Cake ever. This is a must if you want something so good words won't suffice. ***They also have a small clothing shop, consignment in one side, some things new in the other and several very nice furniture/decor items. There simply are not enough stars.

The only warning is that given the climate outside, you might want to plan to make sure you get home quickly so nothing melts or gets too faded. I appreciate that they wrap it in plastic to protect the product. And there is a cute little plastic container that you can keep after the food is gone. I'm very excited to dig in.

Just happened to see how plump, thick like a cake their cookies are I got chocolate chip and PB butter. I purchased a hot chocolate ball and about 8 truffles: Strawberry lemonade caramel, Cinnamon caramel, Maple brown sugar caramel with Toms Town Bourbon, Bacon caramel, Guinness caramel, Pineapple rum Bon Bon, Honey Turmeric caramel, PB&J Bon Bon. I split the cookies and chocolate truffles with my mom. Most memorable was bacon caramel which is literally made with bacon pieces and fat.. not what I expected and the taste is not good. PB&J matched its name, not too much flavor. My mom liked the cinnamon & strawberry lemonade. The remaining truffles really didn't have the flavor as they're named. The cookies although thick were perfectly chewy and delicious.
