Got the lunch burgers and fries with soda. Burgers were made fresh and fries were hot and crispy. Everything was fine but nothing special - nothing stood out but nothing went wrong too. (Except my wife requested onions on a couple burgers and they forgot them- but she went to the counter and they gave her some) we also tried to fried mushrooms- they were fine. We came and ordered two cheeseburgers. We sat and waited for probably about 20 to 25 minutes. We were looking around and a nice young lady that was cleaning tables asked if we were still waiting for our food. We said yes. She went to check on it and the young lady never came back. The restaurant wasn't overly busy (more than half the tables weren't being taken but every single free one was covered with trash and sticky). Overall the food is pretty good but they are very understaffed. The employees are nice and helpful but too short handed. Also, I have never seen a manager for owner any time I've been there. Today I went in with my family for lunch and they had a bad leak from one of the AC vents on the ceiling. They had a wet floor sign in the middle of a puddle of water. Several customers slipped but fortunately no one fell. I helped and elderly man walk past the puddle at one point. After about 20 mins an employee place a bucket near the leak but it was still hitting the floor. They never made an attempt to mop or dry the puddle simply placed a bucket and continued to walk past it. The restrooms wreak of sewage and these are 10 feet away from where the food is being made. I understand that things happen but these are things that need to be addressed since it involves customer safety. read more
