He gave me a full inspection and informative tour of my home. When black mold popped up covering both sides of a wall recently, I knew who to call. Matt came out that day to take a look and set a clear plan of action that started a few days later. He brought in a professional team to do the mold remediation. He called for pickup BEFORE CLOSING HOURS and the dumpster was not picked up, and yet the advertising states "by the job or by the day". This was the job, and the day. When it wasn't picked up, the contractor and myself and my husband all made calls to both the business office and the cell number provided. As yet, two days later, none of us has received a courtesy call, apology or explanation. Having the dumpster in my driveway ruined a costly patio party the day after the job. It seems that after this company gets paid, all business procedure is dropped. Needless to say, I will not use this business ever again for my upcoming home renovations, nor will my contractor.
