After traveling 40 minutes on multiple metro lines, we arrived for the 2 male employees working as hosts to tell us that they would not honor our reservation. They stated that they had a special event and any reservations made were void. Another couple walked in after us and had the same issue. No apology, no accommodation, nothing. These guys were Grade A a**holes. Left us without dinner on NYE--luckily Al Dar by Notre Dame welcomed us and had wonderful a Lebanese dinner.
