He replaced the broken bricks throughout the chimney, relayed the top two layers of brick, recapped the chimney, and put in a new flue block. The chimney looks better than it did when it was new - the bricks he installed matched perfect. He was always on time, fair in pricing, did quality work and cleaned up after he was finished. Because of his great work, he gained many longtime customers in our neighborhood. We moved out of the metro up to the Bemidji area in 2018. we never thought we would be needing Tom and his services again. June 21, 2025, Bemidji and surrounding were hit with 120 mph winds. we live on a private wooded road in the Bemidji area. The storm damage to the trees was overwhelming. I tried getting a hold of some local tree services, they were also overwhelmed with calls. I then called Tom to see if he would be interested in storm damage cleanup. He showed up on Monday June 23, 2025 and was here for the next 3.5 weeks. He cleaned up 6 properties and the private road in that time period. Tom again showed his great customer service, fair pricing in the midst of a disaster and his ability to get the job done. If you live in the metro area of Minnesota, I could not recommend a better Landscape service to use.
