I had an excellent experience with Tree-Mendous Tree Care. I got a couple estimates and Tree-Mendous had the best price. I was at work when they came out to trim a few dead limbs from the trees in my back yard. They arrived and called me when they got there, did the work and cleaned up everything, and called me to let me know when they were done. I was very impressed with the customer service and will be calling them again the next time I need work with my trees done. read more

I asked him about it and he gave me several of his business cards and told me to call him if ever we needed a tree service. I texted him Sunday and he answered on Monday eve. Said he'd be here on Tuesday. He didn't come. I texted him on Tuesday eve and he said the rain slowed him down again but said he would be here Weds "for sure". I made another appointment for today. Ben promised to come today after 3 PM. (It was a perfect non-rainy fall day so no rain excuses) and it's dark now at about 7:30 pm and he hasn't shown up. At no time EVER did he call to explain that he couldn't be here so we spent the whole day waiting for him to come to no avail. If you need a tree service, go somewhere else if your time means anything to you.

These guys do a fantastic job and are very conscientious of what we the customers want. They gave us a quote quickly and even worked with my neighbor and I to coordinate the work since it required the power to be off and close work to three buildings involving both parties. An added plus was they did not get upset when I asked the one to show my special needs son how to determine a chain on a saw was set right. He is now listening to me when it comes to the dangers and the how to's since Mom was right-lol. The work they did was wonderful- my trees look so nice and healthier even my husband is happy. I am always apprehensive about letting people work on my stuff but within 30 minutes of them being here I was comfortable enough to walk away and when asked what I wanted with certain things comfortable enough to tell them to do what they thought was best for my trees.
