They also scheduled an appointment to cut down my neighbors tree so when they were there I told them to go ahead on mine. One of the main trunks was over an electrical line. I watched them dismantle the tree and get everything to the ground. Quite amazing. I did not request a clean up as I will do tht and save the wood. Very satisfied with the speed and professionalism. I asked him about it and he gave me several of his business cards and told me to call him if ever we needed a tree service. I texted him Sunday and he answered on Monday eve. Said he'd be here on Tuesday. He didn't come. I texted him on Tuesday eve and he said the rain slowed him down again but said he would be here Weds "for sure". I made another appointment for today. Ben promised to come today after 3 PM. (It was a perfect non-rainy fall day so no rain excuses) and it's dark now at about 7:30 pm and he hasn't shown up. At no time EVER did he call to explain that he couldn't be here so we spent the whole day waiting for him to come to no avail. If you need a tree service, go somewhere else if your time means anything to you.

I hired them to remove buckthorn because they said they would cut it down, grind out the stumps and haul away. They cut it down alright, but left all the brush in a huge pile at the end of my driveway. Despite calls, texts and numerous follow-up there has been no response. I later found that Cory Treb has been operating this tree service under several business names, none of which are legit. Avoid all business under this name or Cory Treb!
