Brian was all booked because, well, if you saw the pictures of his work, you'd know why. But Brian took pity on me because of my situation and came out the SAME DAY! Unfortunately, and I feel horrible about this, I found someone who could do the project the next day but couldn't get back to him before he actually came out to the house. I profusely apologized and offered to pay him for coming out and he wouldn't hear of it because "That's not how he does business." Instead of being upset for the wasted trip (which I would totally understand!), he was just happy I was able to get the job done so quickly. Wow! They didn't try to string me along or highball me, or whatever. They just told me what it would be Of course, I don't go with the first person that gives me a quote. So I called two other people that same day Let's just say that they're not only beat their price, but they got the work done in the same day I also had another tree that I didn't even tell them about They gave me a even better deal on the second tree, because they was already here And they also got that done in the same day I wish I had pictures of how big my tree was and the price that they gave me was unbelievable Definitely highly recommend.
