The installation wasnt done correctly and was leaking in my shower so they sent a different plumber over to remedy it for free. He DID NOT fix the problem but said he did...so I contacted them to have it fixed again and I was told I had to pay for it. The job was never done correctly to begin with by Fields and Fowler! DO NOT USE THEM FOR SMALL JOBS!...It seems like they dont care enough to stand by "little jobs". Make sure you see the WRITTEN JOB ESTIMATE BEFORE they drive away. You have lost a loyal customer!
