I was referred to b.spoke by a friend who uses them for his suits. I went in expecting to get fitted to something pre made off the rack (which has always been my experience, ha). After my initial meeting of taking my measurements and walking me through the decision process, I ended up ordering a suit (including a vest) and a sports coat plus a custom tailored shirt. Today I met up with them a few weeks later from my measurement day and tried it all on. I didn't see any issues with the suit or shirt but the tailor spotted items he wanted to alter in shop to get it to his standard. I hope this gives potential clients an idea of the length b.spoke goes to in fitting you for your suits and also looking out for you by holding themselves to a greater standard as well. I walked away knowing my first order was well looked after and criticized by those who do it for a living. Weeks ago I had the pleasure of experiencing b.spoke​ and its meticulous tailors for the first time. Wow ... It all started when my GORUCK Brother Brandon Moody​ shared a picture of his recent suit created by b.spoke and I was impressed. My dated formal and business casual wear had been hodge-podged and piece-mealed together over the years with nothing weaving it together. After hearing about who I was and what I liked, Dave's team suggested ensembles I would never have considered, but actually really enjoyed once I saw the swatches come together. They had different fabric price points from various brands and regions of the world, but ultimately I was able to get a couple suits, six shirts, a sport coat, pants, and shoes which altogether created a ton of functional combinations. I was very impressed by the appearance of the shop as I walked in - very clean and modern. Dave immediately welcomed me and introduced himself, he had on an amazing suit which made me certain I was at the right place to get a suit for myself. He was very thorough in explaining the process of ordering a suit, the different styles, different materials, colors, etc. He showed me a few examples they had and the quality was noticeable - night and day difference from other suit shops I've been to. I'm very indecisive so I made a couple trips back to look at the colors and materials - I thought they'd hate me by now but they happily greeted me every time. Once I finally made my decision Dave took my measurements with the assistance of Serdar, the Tailor. Both very knowledgeable and knew exactly the fit I was looking for. I received the suit 4 weeks later, right on time. It fit super well with very minor adjustments needed. I was very pleased with the overall finish. I wore it to a company Christmas party and many people complimented my suit, with a few comments admiring that it was a custom suit without even me mentioning it.
