B-RENT, I already replied to your answer the other day at customerservice b-rent.it (confirmation #733424478), giving you all the details regarding to what happened but as of today, still no answer from you!
Please, I need to get reimbursed immediately! The car I got it from you was already damaged and it was checked on the paper that I signed when I picked up the car! Please check the signed paper by me with all the checked marks where the car had damages!
Keep in mind that I have almost 30 years driving experience with no accident incidents ever! I will ask you one thing though: in 10 min of driving the car from your place to the underground parking, what are the possibilities of that car to be scratched/hit/damaged on the rear side and also on the mirror... unlikely! I drove the car for only 10 minutes until you came to pick up the car from the parking lot. This car was damaged everywhere and when I requested a different car, I was told that I will never incur any charges regarding the scratches and damages the car may have! Trusting your company cost me € 379 plus €51.... and that's for only 10 minutes of driving!
I hope you see the facts and as a serious car renting firm as you think you are, I should get reimbursed ASAP, instead of overcharging my credit card fraudulently €379 and without going thru lawyers and bad publicity while you're deleting my comments on Facebook! If I'm not getting an answer I will definitely seek a lawyer and I will prove that you're just a fraud in this industry!
