There is no way I am the only one who noticed this. When I first walked into the building I noticed immediately the overwhelming smell of human pee. Then I looked around and noticed that all the furniture is fabric. EVERY piece of furniture throughout the entire building (minus the exam tables) are 100% fabric. With a clientele that is primarily elderly, this should be a known risk to plan interiors for. It is rude and inconsiderate to the patients to not be mindful in planning furniture and environment like this. Also - it's gross and has to be against some kind of law! I had to burn my clothes after the visit that's how strong the scent was throughout the whole building. I was there for only two hours...

I finally got mad and said my appointment was at 2:00 and it's 2:15! The therapist came out and got me. He did a brief exam, gave me two exercises and said he'd see me next week. It took me so long to get in I was no longer experiencing any pain. The woman at the desk apologized and gave me a $5 Starbucks card. The same patient I had taken to cascade a week earlier also was taken to another doctor the same day earlier than my first appointment with cascade. Her appointment ran late and I was 10min Late. But the staff worked around the Tardiness and was able to still be seen. It was a great experience- Corena was so inviting and quickly got the paperwork for me. She handed me off to Ruby CMA and she got the rest of the info needed. Dr Tippet came in the first ten minutes gathered some more info about the reason for the visit, he fixed the toe, Ruby came in and finished the toe and scheduled the next appointment! Dr. Ryan took the time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis, the treatment plan, and what we can realistically expect for his future. Honestly, it was the best breakdown and explanation anyone has given us since we started treatment. It took a few sessions, but my son is finally feeling better than he has in the past couple of years, which has been amazing to see. Dr. Ryan is incredibly personable and genuinely takes the time to get to know his patients and understand what they're experiencing and where they're hurting.
