I was without water for 2 days, the code on my panel was reading F04 overcurrent call the office spoke to Kyle and explained to him about the F04 code Kyle replied that the pump is bad, Kyle told me that they are coming out to my Residence to exchange the pump, but they Never showed up I ask for my money back they REFUSED till this day 11/19/2024, I still have a bad pump , lose water in the house, call the office of Pocono well & pump service with NO response. Mine you I paid $2,500.00 for this pump with a 5-year warranty and purchased it back in July 2024, the worst company to do business with, I have to keep 6 5gallon water jugs ready at all times.....

The team showed up early and got right to work. They were friendly and professional, and had a quiet confidence about them.
