Mostly happy with roof / gutters / siding we had done . Was told siding would take 6 weeks to get…read morein but it was over 12 weeks . Had the contractor out multiple times and he missing things on the quote we had asked for. So contract was updated multiple times . We had him out multiple times to quadruple check the job and make sure everything we wanted would be done. Siding finally came in and 2 days before the install the contactor said he needed to meet with again even though we had seen him a few days before. When he showed up he told us that he did something he had only done 1 other time in 20 years and we had 2 options which were : 1. He would refund our deposit and cancel the contact Or 2. Come up with an additional $8,000 dollars because he had forgotten to add the cost of labor and materials on part of the job I was pissed but at this point did not want to start over with a new contactor So after a night of thinking we went ahead with the job (still not sure i did the right thing) Considered getting a lawyer and still may Overall the job looks good but needed to keep checking on things to make sure everything was being done correctly . Gutter guys threw the old gutter nails (?) that are like 10" long all over the yard (most were 20-30ft from my home) That would have not been good to run over with lawnmower. $8000 is a big mistake and kinda feel like the company should have taken the hit for this not me So if you use this company be wary I thought we had covers everything but apparently not

We used Marie Page cleaning service for several months and each time they cleaned our house, it…read moreseemed dirtier that before they cleaned. Each time, the service sent a different person or team. The cleaning people failed to dust the top of our television, clean mirrors, the refrigerator and the inside of the kitchen pantry. They did only light surface cleaning at best and when their cleaning people were here, they spent time talking on their cell phones. They also reeked of cigarette smoke. Marie Page quoted us $85.00 to clean the house, then attempted to bill us at a rate of $126. This is a very unprofessional and unethical company and I would never recommend them. When we cancelled the service and requested that our key be returned, they refused to send it back and we had to change our locks and incur additional expense.

My wife and I are building a home, or should I say, the Fishers are building our home. We chose them from a number of quality builders in the area, because of their reputation in our new community for both new builds and renovations. Before contracting, we looked at several completed homes, as well as homes in progress then being constructed by Ye Olde Village Workshop. Our architect has consistently been pleased with Bill's quality and has had no issues whatsoever when he has suggested any modifications to Bill. I have found Bill's communication to be excellent as far as what is included or not, on issues and concerns, etc. In any new construction, there is inevitably some stress or misunderstanding. In those few nominal discussions, Bill and i have easily and quickly thrashed out and resolved the concern. Contrary to the other review, I highly recommend you consider the Fishers when you do your diligence. There are 2 sides to every story.
