My septic pump went and the search began for help. None of my neighbors "had a guy" so I searched for local businesses. One came right out with a quote that felt very high. Another call had me interacting with an AI receptionist. Others never responded to voicemails. When we called All State we got a friendly human being right away. They eased our concerns and got us on their schedule. In the interim, we called several more times with questions and were always met with friendly, helpful people. It felt like a good sign. The team showed up early and got right to work. They were friendly and professional, and had a quiet confidence about them. I shared the amount of the other quote I received and they were stunned by it. Their quote was less than a third of the other. They quickly and competently completed their work, while explaining it to me as they went. This was an incredible relief compared to the heavy handed tactics of those that provided the huge quote: "Hey, if you don't want to do it, we have other business." I have used this company before without problem. But this year 2022 I get out on the schedule and told dispatch will call with a time they should arrive to clean out my septic tanks. But that call ever comes and I am left to call another company for service. I highly suggest you avoid Allstate Septic Systems so you don't get screwed over like I did. read more

I've used Allstate several times as my septic tank requires to be pumped every three years per township ordinance. Staff was nice over phone and representative was also on day of service. They offered me a discount for certain days of the week, which is nice gesture. They also installed riser for me so I don't have to dig up cover each time. read more

I was amazed how fast they came out last time. We have been using Allstate for pump outs and we are very happy with their service. The price is fair, the driver is friendly, and scheduling is never a problem on a day that works for us. I'd call them if you need a porta-potty or pump out. read more

If i could give no stars i would. Constant fight with these people. Get a quote for a month of use of my now wife sister's graduation party and then a week later our wedding. Was told they come out and clean once a week. Got it all set up to have it done before our wedding witch was a week later. Was originally told no cant do it then ok we'll do it then no we can't. Then after a lengthy fight with the lady on the phone was told ok we will. Got it all set up they delivered two flushing ones then we were told oh were not aloud to keep them for more than the day of the party and were gana have to re order but they sold out of the flushing ones. Another fight and we got to keep them. Then comes the day of our wedding. Two hours before were supposed to say i do they call oh by the way were gana be here in 15 minutes were switching out one of the porta potty because someone else just booked a white one for their wedding and they need it. We ordered these over a month ago. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again or ever recommend them to any one. Id rather pay the extra and use johny on the spot read more
