We were referred to Yeskas by our realtor when we purchased our home. I inquired online and told…read morethem we needed the septic pump, a new lid cap, and a new float alarm (per our inspection it needed to be replaced). I will say, they were very understanding when we had to reschedule due to our house closing being delayed and Mr. Yeska himself came out to look for the septic tank since the original owner of the home died and we did not know where it was. We appreciated this. However, when they pumped the septic, they did not mention anything about the float alarm and they said they would return to instead install a riser and not a lid. After several days without a call to discuss further, I called Yeskas and they scheduled this for a specific time. Unfortunately, the person who installed both came earlier than scheduled and no one was home. We would have preferred the float alarm be tested with us home. Of course they could not have tested it because they could not get in the house. Thankfully, we tested it ourselves and it does work. Furthermore, I was never told how much a float alarm nor the riser would be ahead of time. It is fine that the riser + float alarm were 555$ total, but no one informed me of this. In fact, the only prices I was informed of were the septic pump at 290$ with cash + the lid at 60$. Overall, I am not sure if I will be using Yeskas in the future.

They pumped out the tank, then got ready to fill the tank back up with what the man called "gray water". I use a different company and they never even suggested about filling the tank back up. A scam to say the least.

Called immediately and tried to cancel the appointment, the person said they would call me back with another appointment date. No call ever came. After 15 minutes on hold, the person got back to me to tell me the appointment had already been cancelled. They never called me they had cancelled the appointment and my guess is they had no intention of calling me back to schedule another date. Looks like I dodge a bullet.
