I've had them come twice in 2019 for a clogged pipe they could not fix either time. Just told me to pour acid from Home Depot down it and keep my fingers crossed. Now when I called they said I'm no longer in their system and they don't know if they can perform service calls without that famous twice a year required contract? They don't know? Then who would know? Not worth the hassle, plenty of other reputable places that probably would know their own policies.

The services provided are always performed with professionalism, in a timely manner, and for reasonable rates. You might find cheaper, but you won't find better. The staff assures the tanks are completely cleaned, which cannot be said for other firms who fail to really flush and clear the contents. They're also seasoned professionals who know the system's workings. They check the tank and baffles and alert owners to potential problems. A failed outlet baffle can spell disaster for a septic system and result in need to replace the field to the tune of 50k. You'll want someone to look at that during the routine pumping to assure all is well. I believe it's well worth using a local firm with the highest level of integrity to assure one of the most expensive systems in a home is well maintained and protected. We discovered a leak in our basement at 8:30pm after some initial inspection we realized it was…read morecoming from our septic. We called septix and Matt was at our house by 9:30. He came and checked out septic, determined it didn't need to be pumped but we had a root growing into the line and it was clogging the system (we knew there were roots in the tank but not to that extent and are already in the process of getting a new tank).
