The first time I went there they made me wait 20 minutes which overall isn't terrible but, considering their "nine" minute grace period, seems unreasonable. The second time I went there, my room was dirty, and the staff was rude to me for literally no reason. The third time I went there I was exactly 9 minutes late and they refused to honor my appointment. Even though there was a snowstorm. When I begged and pleaded and asked for them to make an exception, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me and wouldn't budge, even though I know they had appointments available based on the calendar availability on their website. Shouldn't it be an 8 minute grace period if by minute 9 you're too late? I guess math is hard for some people. Finally, there is literally NO parking anywhere near this location so unless you give yourself enough time to find parking and walk then good luck!
