I just bought a brand new 20 pound aluminum CO2 tank. Almost all of the local business would swap…read moreout a full tank for an empty tank. I knew this. While searching for some other info, I found out about Brand Co. As long as they are not busy, they will fill your tank while you wait for it. Last friday, I went the BrandCo after work to get my 20 pound tank refilled. Less that 5 minutes later, the tank was refilled. Having a brand new tank, this was great. The cost of CO2 was also reasonable. The counter person also said to store the filled bank in the truck, in case it explodes. Great service. Going back this afternoon to get my 5 pound tank filled.

I called to purchase a product over the phone (a product I had already seen so I knew what it was…read moreand was given the price for it a couple days before), but over the phone Dwight convinced me that I needed a more expensive product because it was a "better product" without asking further questions; he just said it was better so I trusted him and figured it was worth the extra money if he said so. I then send my husband to pick up the product and he was NOT given the more expensive product that was suppose to be "better" but the other product (the one I was originally calling for that was cheaper). When I called back to asked why he was given the one that was cheaper they said because that was the one I needed, but when I asked for a refund on the difference in price they refused to give me the refund and said they were ALL the same price in a very angry way. Obviously is not worth buying materials from a place with poor business ethics and bad customer service who are willing to rip customers off for a few dollars. Taking advantage of people with the prices does not speak good of a business and will never be successful.
