What can I say about Becca? Saying that she is not only a phenomenal photographer but an amazing person as well isn't quite... enough. It just doesn't do her justice. I found Becca on instagram of all places. She had participated in a photo shoot at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle WA. The pictures were everything I wanted for my wedding photos - soft, sophisticated and romantic. I knew from looking at those pictures that this photographer had the talent and eye I was looking for. The photos literally looked like they were ripped out of a wedding magazine - the dream! I immediately reached out to see if she was available for our date. What I really loved about Becca was her dedication to communication. Whenever I had a question, I received a response from her within 24 hours. She reached out to me specifically to go over the day of timeline to ensure that photography-wise, the day would go smoothly. When she got pregnant the spring before our wedding, she contacted us immediately, informed us of her happy news and laid out her contingency plan if the worst was to happen, AKA, "if my doctor doesn't clear me to fly right before the wedding and I can no longer can attend". On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were a rock stars. They were well organized and helped us get through a large amount of pictures quickly, keeping us on time and on track. Incredibly bubbly and upbeat, they kept our energy up for what was inevitably a long day of pictures. My husband is not someone who is comfortable in front of the camera AT ALL (which I explained to her in advance). Becca was wonderful, she kept everything light and made him feel completely at ease. He has never looked so handsome in pictures! I honestly don't want to tell you how fast she edited our photos and sent them to us because I don't want you to hold her to that standard....but I will say that we received them on our honeymoon! They are GORGEOUS. SERIOUSLY. I'm still getting compliments on them. People around us keep getting married and nobody's pictures compare to ours....is that horrible to say? Eh, it's the truth. I'll try to attached a few for you to see. Random note: she sent us the loveliest gift as a welcome to the B. Jones family. Thanks Becca! From start to finish working with Becca is a joy. Do yourself a favor and ensure that you're going to have phenomenal wedding pictures: join the B. Jones Family. I promise you, you won't regret it! read more

I first met Becca when I was stage managing a show at the Bellingham Theatre Guild and Becca was acting. I have followed her work from the beginning and it was a no-brainer when I got engaged as to who the photographer would be. Having spent 3 years swooning over each new Facebook post and blog entry, I had no doubt that our pictures would turn out fantastic, even though neither of us are "model material." Becca is a natural people-person, who immediately made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was happy to incorporate our ideas and suggestions ("Let's have a picture of the girls with the swords!!") without judgement or criticism. She was very well organized and her assistant was just as professional. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she captured everything special about the day. In addition, the turnaround on our pictures was incredible! We received access to our online gallery a little over 2 weeks after our wedding. Becca's genuine enthusiasm for our wedding was contagious. She was also very helpful with directing the madness when it needed direction and for going with the flow when there was a rare lull in the excitement. The only picture I didn't get was one of us together, but since I plan on using her for any and all photo opportunities from here on, I can certainly find a time to make it happen! Becca, you were one of the best decisions we made that day, and I cannot thank you enough! read more

Things I looked for in a wedding photographer: - Non-traditional wedding portfolio style (a mix of documentary, editorial, modern) - Talented - Friendly, easy to work with Becca checks off this list, and more. Photographs, I told my husband-to-be, are the only remnants of our wedding that we'll be able to share years from now, so I wanted the best. And with Becca, that's what you get. Working with Becca was a dream. As soon as we met her we knew that we wanted her to capture our special day. We did an engagement session and wedding photos with her - everything turned out perfectly. Not only does she take spectacular photos, she is so much fun to work with. I felt like I had a best friend taking my photos. It is so easy to open up to her for great shots (I'm usually very camera shy!). My husband and I aren't models, but she made us feel like it! Best of all, she went above and beyond to get the perfect shot. We were married on a very windy day on the ferry - she rolled with it and it definitely paid off. She worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we got the shots we wanted, as our day was nowhere near traditional. She's extremely organized, punctual, and prepared, which set my mind at ease on the big day. She captured beautiful and intimate moments and crafted a gorgeous album we will cherish for years to come. We couldn't be more happy with our choice in Becca. read more

Becca is simply AMAZING. If you are lucky enough to have Becca photograph for wedding you will be so grateful!! Becca did photography for our engagement photos and wedding day and far exceeded any of our expectations! She has a unique ability to capture special & intimate moments between couples, captures every detail beautifully from the gown, to accessories, to guestbook table, etc, and she has a true gift when it comes to staged photos of wedding parties. Almost every compliment we received from people who have seen our photos is that it looks like the photos were straight out of Vogue. And this is not because we hired a wedding planner-- Becca is THE BEST. She makes everyone and everything look really good. She knows what she's doing and communicated to my husband and I, and our wedding party what to do in each shot. You want someone who knows what they are doing!! Becca is AMAZING!! You put so much time and money into planning the best day of your life it is absolutely critical to have the best documentation of that day possible. Being part of the B. Jones family is one of the best decisions you can make in planning your wedding. Not only do I love her style of photography, particularly for capturing weddings, she's incredibly wonderful to work with. My fiance, Kristian, and I recently had the honor to do a photoshoot with Becca. Not only was this the first professional shoot of Kristian's life, but it was one of the most important. Marriage is a big thing. It is strong, valiant and, quite honestly, intimidating. There's a lot to planning a wedding. The colors, the music, the food, the attire, the timing and, let's not forget (my favorite) the cocktails. However, we cannot negate to bow our heads to what holds the memories of it all together... the pictures. They are the physical evidence of beauty in your wedding . Becca brought that to light for me... Her enthusiastic optimism, and comfortable aura mesh perfectly with her sincere professionalism. She made my fiance feel confident, and brought out the best in both of us; in under and hour AND in front of a camera! Her charisma and eye for what makes a truly awesome photo... she is simply far beyond what I ( as a past model) have ever experienced in any photographer. I look forward to having her with us throughout this engagement, our celebration, and in our wedding. Cheers,Becca:) . read more

Wow where to start! to begin with becca is fabulous. We met her a year ago and immediately loved her and the vibe that she gave off, that we just had to book her. She was so fun and bubbly and made us feel so comfortable. In addition her prices were amazing compared to any other photographer we had seen. She shot our engagement photos at orcas island which she suggested and the pictures came out beautiful. We got them back within 2-3 weeks and loved every single one of them. Just recently she shot our wedding and made us feel like rockstars. Everyone in our family loved her and were so happy that we chose her to photograph our wedding. We just got our pictures back and I am obsessed with them.We got our pictures again within 3 weeks and that made me so happy since I was so eager to get them and show them off. Now I cant stop looking at them. She is a great photographer and we feel blessed to have had her shoot our wedding. Anyone who hires her will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking her for any future events. read more

Becca was the photographer at our summer wedding this past August. She was above and beyond our expectations. She had very creative ideas and she was open to whatever ideas we had as well. We felt comfortable with the quality of service we were receiving right from our first meeting until we received the images after the wedding. When there are so many things to worry about the day of your wedding this is a big deal. Her second photographer and her work well together. They did not miss a moment! I usually feel pretty awkward taking photos, but she has the personality to put you at ease. She even taught me how to dip my bride! I can't tell you how many failed attempts I had at that before her instructions. The dip pictures ended up being my favorite ones too. I'll tell you right now that a quality photographer like her will book quickly (we got lucky because of a cancellation), if you are thinking of a photographer for your wedding coming up I highly recommend giving her a call. read more

I can't say enough good things about Becca! From the moment I first communicated with her in my search for a photographer she was timely and professional. When she said she was obsessed with all things nautical and asked how I felt about glitter, I knew I had met my wedding photographer soulmate (is that a thing?) and the perfect person to capture our navy and gold Seattle beach wedding. On the day of she was so friendly, calm, and professional - it was like having an instant friend capturing every moment! You know you have a good photographer when people at the reception come up to you to comment on how amazing she is. Not to mention that she was posting photos on Social media on the day of the wedding and we had hundreds of incredible edited photos back to us a WEEK after our wedding. UNREAL. Hiring Becca was the best choice I made in the whole wedding planning process! read more

Becca did an amazing job on both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. Within five minutes of meeting her, we knew she was the person that we wanted to spend our wedding day with. She made my husband feel comfortable with all the pictures and my wedding party loved her! She makes you feel like an old friend is taking your pictures not just a photographer. The day after our wedding, she had already set up a sneak peak of the pictures and had all the pictures up on a website we had access to within like a week and a half. The pictures are phenomenal. She did an amazing job capturing all my DIY details and the love between my new husband and I on our big day. Not only is Becca one of the sweetest people I have ever met, she is a very talented photographer. I plan on using her again in the future and would highly recommend her for anyone getting married. read more

Last nights Boudoir Photo shoot with B.Jones Photography was such an amazing experience. To be able to just let loose and have fun, was such a great confidence booster. Sometimes as a woman, you get self cautious and insecure, but to be able to put that aside and be told how beautiful you are, to have fun and to just be yourself, was beyond remarkable. So ladies, don't be afraid to let your hair down and show the true, fun and real side of yourself, because believe it or not, you have more fun being yourself inside and out, then pretending to be someone your not. Becca Jones is such an incredible photographer and knows how to make you feel like the beautiful woman you are, inside and out. read more

Working with Becca was such a great experience. She is so professional and has an amazing eye for what looks great in pictures. She took family photos for us, even though she is primarily a wedding photographer, and I couldn't be happier with the images. My daughter is only 1, and Becca wasn't afraid to dance around, or make funny sounds - whatever it took - to make her smile. After all of that, she got our our pictures back to us in less than 2 weeks!! She is photographing my sister in law's wedding in a month and I just know she is going to do an incredible job! I'm so happy to have such a great photographer near by, I will definitely be hiring her for more shoots! read more

Becca has done a couple sessions with my daughter and I, most recently my daughter's one year pictures. I am so incredibly please with the whole experience! I absolutely love Becca's style! She was more than happy to work with any ideas and props I wanted to incorporate. Kids can definitely be tough to photograph since they can be squirmy or happy one second and crying the next, but Becca did an amazing job working quickly to capture the best shots and being patient with us as well :) I loved how comfortable I felt with her, she makes it so easy to just be yourself and have fun! She is just such a joy to work with, and I am in LOVE with the pictures she took! read more

My husband and I got married in August 2014. Becca took our engagement and wedding photos and we couldn't have been happier with the photos and our experience with her. She has a great eye and will go above and beyond for you. After many failed attempts by some of my friends and family, becca jumped in and successfully bustled my wedding gown. Her 2nd shooter was amazing too! They both got some amazing shots and I would and will recommend b.jones photos to anyone! I was so pleased I asked her to do my maternity photos which turned out amazing as well. We had some ideas of what we wanted and she was able to execute it and make it happen! read more

As a photographer myself, I'm pretty particular when it comes to photos, and choosing our photographer was literally the toughest choice in the whole wedding planning process! We are so lucky we found Becca! She did our engagement portraits and our wedding day. She is very fun to be around, made us feel comfortable, and she didn't miss a moment or detail! We got our portraits back less than 2 weeks after the wedding - in the cutest little gift box ever! She goes above and beyond, pays amazing attention to detail, and is very talented at her job. I highly recommend Becca to everyone who is seeking portrait photography services. read more

We were married on our 80-acre family farm, complete with vast fields, a beach, wooded areas, and a big party. Becca and her partner did an exceptional job of encompassing everything that our perfect venue and love story had to offer. She even climbed into a small van with the bride and EIGHT bridesmaids and no seats to capture the essence of their friendships and interactions as they drove from the getting ready site to the wedding venue. Becca read the venue, the relationships, and all aspects of the party wonderfully, and captured all of those moments in a fantastic array of high-quality photos. We can't thank her enough. read more

The first and best decision we could have made during the entire wedding planning process was booking B. Jones Photography. Not only did our pictures turn out beautifully, but she was incredibly easy to work with and made posing feel natural and effortless. Becca went above and beyond to make sure our wedding ran as smooth as possible. She captured the romance, fun and laughter of our wedding day. We decided not to book a videographer because we knew her picture quality was enough to remember every moment for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much Becca, we cannot recommend you highly enough. read more
