I really appreciate Miss Gretchens attention to detail she is very good at interacting with the kids and each class comes with a small snack time (apples, pretzels, cheese) and water in a little cup (to help kids learn how to use a cup; which is genius and something I didn't think of). My daughter loves going to school everyday! The new principal is involved and my daughter says that during recess and lunch he takes care of them and teaches them how to play the games. They have lots of spirit days and incentives that motivate students to get excited about going to school. After the online learning, this school is stepping up to the plate not only in academics, but socially too.

From the start I noticed the teacher would get frustrated and constantly complained about my 4 year old . She would roll her eyes when having to deal with him . My son had a scratch on his face and would tell me she did it to him . My son would cry every morning telling me he was scared of her , he would tell me she would scream at him , pour water on his head and hit him on his back . I pulled him out after being called because he was having a crying tantrum which is not like him and when I picked him up , he had wet himself . Not once did the principal contact me nor was there any consequences for that evil teacher . My advice to parents of special needs kids , please pay attention to your kids behavior , or how they express themselves of having fears and being afraid of teachers no one knows what kind of mistreatment they go through behind close doors and us parents are the only ones that will protect our children . If your child crys or fights to go to the school , THERES A REASON FOR THAT FEAR .
