Yes, Five Stars. Look at the other reviews, they're Five Stars too…read more This is a great company and easy as heck to work with. A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such. That's my kind of contractor. Check them out. I think you'll hire them too.

I just had these folks out to do work 3 days ago, and they were great. Joe came right when he said…read morehe was going to, for the estimate, and he was very thorough in explaining the whole process. Nicki, in the office, was phenomenal. It's SO nice not to have to play phone tag with a business. She was very friendly, and quite responsive, every time I had a question. I also appreciated the way that she attached their licensing & insurance certificates at the bottom of the contract, without having to be asked. When the work crew came out a week later, they got right to it. They did everything they said they would, and their clean-up was amazing. Even though I have woods in the back, they didn't throw a single twig back there. They hauled everything out to the chipper in the front. My lawn & driveway were pristine when they left. I highly recommend.

We recently had a tree service examine our tree's health. While the tree was healthy, we were told…read morethat we should remove limbs, which would cost nearly $2000. When we were ready to move forward, the company was backlogged longer than we could stand, so we called another firm, B & M Tree Service. The manager came out before 9 am the next day, and explained that the limbs were no threat or in any danger. He joked that he would take our money if we insisted, but the job was totally unnecessary. This level of integrity is worthy of public note. Neighbors have worked with B & M and note their good work. Hopefully, we won't need them, but we know who to call.

Stay far away from Trent Landscaping. They are dishonest and completely untrustworthy. They refused…read moreto sign a proper contract, insisting they can add any "unexpected costs" they want without approval or notice--this is outrageous. When I asked about their fuel surcharge, they refused to tell me their sources or provide any proof, claiming they have their own "sources." That's shady and unacceptable. Their response to service issues is sluggish--sometimes taking days or weeks to respond--and they want to control when they address problems, not when it's urgent. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and doesn't care about customer service or transparency. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. PS. They write their own 5-star reviews - be warned!
