Communication was good but I felt like I needed to "babysit" to make sure windows were being cleaned. I asked for the screens to be cleaned for the add on price and was told "we can't get them any cleaner than what they are". I will attach a picture of my "clean" screen. When inquiring about a quote, I sent pictures of indoor door walls that I wanted to be cleaned, was told no problem it would be quoted with job. The guys were wrapping up inside and I had to ask about the door walls, was told that wasn't on the quote and they would need to make a phone call. Was told they would do them but basically they would be doing it for free because the quote didn't reflect the extra cost. I tipped and felt obligated to add extra tip for the door walls. After the guys left I walked around and noticed screens were left out of windows and the rooms were left a mess with things that were moved and left, not at all the detail I am looking for. I have my windows done twice a year and more than willing to pay for great service and the extras, unfortunately, it won't be with this company again.

We called them again to powerwash our house, but when I came home to see their work I noticed they did not even use a cleaning solution just water.  Yes they rinsed our house with plain water. The next day I called the owner Matt and he gave us his apologies and refunded our money. After getting such poor service I ask Matt to take down our prior review by making more than 6 phone calls and at least 10 email messages over several months always getting an excuse on how he cannot remove the review. It is one thing to do a crappy job but when my wifes reviews are trusted by neighbors that also get sub-par results it makes me furious. The prices are fair and the guys did extra touches (like cleaning bird doo off the siding) while they were on the ladders. Everyone is super polite from the office to the cleaners and they explain everything and pay attention to details. We had our windows cleaned inside and out and our gutters cleaned.
