From the jump, the sales guy was friendlier and less pushy than the folks from the two more well known companies we had out. Of course everything is on backorder nowadays but they set the expectation on timing and met each target date. When installation day arrived the job was done quickly and thoroughly. The only hiccup was that one window was damaged and they had to order a replacement so they installed the cracked widow for the time being.They called as soon as the replacement arrived and came to swap out it, which took like 5 minutes. The communication and scheduling was lacking, so we were a little frustrated, but it didn't prepare us for the ordeal we were going to be dealing with. We live in an old house, 1920's. My husband expressed this many times, that appropriate measures would have to be taken as we had lead in our old windows and trim. I heard him over the phone as well as in person and he was assured they would take the steps necessary. The day the windows were to be replaced, my kids and I left the house. Two windows were in our daughters room, the other in our guest bedroom. One window was oriented the wrong way and still installed. The worst part was, after removing the old windows, the workers took leaf blowers out to blow debris out into the yard below and all over the rooms. My husband ran upstairs and yelled at them to stop, that once again, there was lead paint involved. They stopped and cleaned up, but not well enough. My husband wiped everything down afterwards, not trusting it was cleaned properly. A few months later, my daughter received test results showing elevated levels of lead in her blood. It was quick and not a single other person in our family had any detectable levels. I was livid. I'm still livid. I don't care that one of our windows is wrong or that it took forever to arrange communication. I'm livid that lead safe practices weren't followed as promised and my child had to pay for it. You can't put a price on that. Thankfully, she's grown, and the situation is under control now, but if you have an old house, I would absolutely not recommend this company. To the owner, if your business gives homeowners your word that things will be done safely and following safe standards, you need to follow through. Safety should be top priority. This could have had a very poor outcome.

Again multiple calls and text to "local garage door co." to reschedule an appointment finally got another appointment scheduled, confirmed the appointment the night before, we went to the building again for the appointment waited a couple hours, calling and texting to see if they were still coming, no answer to calls or texts and again they didn't show. We recently got a text saying their "only" phone wasn't working as the excuse for not showing??? We have wasted several hours waiting for 2 no show appointments, not sure what the phone issue had to do with driving to a meeting, anyway we told the owners wife we would be at the building at 8 am 2-11-26 and wanted the owner to show at that time since we went with their schedule twice and they didn't show, news flash our time is as valuable as theirs and after paying them $2600.00 to not be satisfied with a door that isn't working and a company that doesn't respect our schedule but demands it be done on their availability???
