The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests. The selection is huge and they are putting as many as they can in pots of water to keep fresh! Nobody else I know does that. The trees are so nice, full and fresh. I imagine they won't last even though they have hundreds now. They're too nice to pass up. Remember always try to tip the staff when they trim the tree up, net it and put it on or in your car. I'm sure the staff depends on extra money for Christmas and I have zero relation or incentive to say please tip. Just a long time customer that appreciates small businesses and great service. It's hard to find these days.

They then cut back a huge tree on my neighbors property which seriously encroached over the fence onto mine. They were able to access the tree without going on the neighbors property, even though I had the neighbors permission to do so. They did a beautiful job of taking off the offending limbs on my side without destroying the shape of the tree. I was able to schedule a Saturday delivery so that I'd be home, but they offer easy delivery and contactless billing so I didn't even have to be there. Their 2-yard minimum seems to be the equivalent weight of like buying 18 or so standard size bags of soil from the box stores, but I paid nowhere near as much as that would have cost. I am thrilled about being able to save a ton of cash, have the soil delivered, and save a ton of plastic and avoid the chore of personal hauling. The scheduled delivery was right on time and I am very impressed with the quality of the soil I received.
