This quaint little shop was very nice and cute, and had some nice local merchandise and unique nicnacks. I walked through the shop and could tell it had a nice selection of merchandise and the value of the price appeared to be very good. I went into a separate room that had 50% off merchandise, and found a few things that caught my eye which I ended up purchasing. They were kitchen coasters and they were very decorative and attractive looking. The service at the shop was Ok. The woman behind the cashier table was very nice and said hello when I first walked into the shop. When I checked out, she was very gracious and wrapped my kitchen coasters very carefully so that they would not break. Fivethirty Home is a neat shop with great merchandise, so if you are in downtown Zionsville, you should check it out. It is very nice and worth browsing around.

The new location has lots of nooks and crannies for setting up interesting displays and they do. We stopped by while out doing some Christmas shopping and found the store packed with shoppers. Good to see people supporting these small independent shops. They carry about 1/3 vintage items like globes and suitcases and nicely painted furniture pieces, about 1/3 local artisan decor mostly Indiana themed (which I love) and then about 1/3 reproduction vintage filler such as wrapping paper and trendy letter art. In addition she carries a line of high quality chalk paint and supplies. They teach classes on how to use the chalk paint (which I've been meaning to take). The pieces that she finishes are gorgeous - mostly little side tables. Today they carried a lot of Christas themed items. The owner is very friendly and happy to provide advice on painting. She is indeed gifted. The prices on the chalk paints are a little high so I haven't taken the plunge yet until I know I have time to complete a project. I see many customers coming to buy the paint and supplies so they must be happy. There is street parking available and a free lot across the street but it can be a bear to find a spot on a Saturday. They are not opened on Sunday. I'll be back and perhaps soon I'll take one of her classes.

Ahhhh...finally some "me" time and I found my happy place at Roots to Wings. The locally-owned…read moreshop, an old barn, is filled with a mix of antiques, artisan objects and decorator items. The clerks welcomed me when I entered and asked if they could help me. They told me about sales in many booths. Most booths were had clearance prices with prices up to 50% off. A friendly old shaggy dog makes its way past customers. The shop is filled with soaps, candles, jewelry and primitive antiques. I searched through every nook and cranny. Each room is creatively decorated. I found a Christmas ornament that I couldn't live without. Actually, I found several, but settled on one. The shop was filled with laughter, as clerks removed ornaments from trees. This made me happy. There is a restroom filled with whimsical antiques. The shop is a little difficult to see from the road, but they had banners out to pull people in. Parking is somewhat limited, but I didn't have trouble finding a spot. Well worth a visit.

There are all kinds of beverages to enjoy. All kinds of hors d'oeuvres are served. It puts people in a holiday spirit. I always finds something to take home. The stall owners are very helpful. Each stall is so personalized that you can find something special hidden in corners. Discovery is fun. The prices vary. I found a lovely candlestick for $5! Just what I was looking for. Of course I've been back several times. Once I walked in the door and within a minute I saw the exact Christmas tree I was looking for. SOLD. I hope people check out this quirky shop.

Go to Center Street, turn behind the strip center and you'll find a parking area directly behind the building. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and selection they carry. All current home decor and styles that work for many homes. They carry small furniture such as small dining sets, many cabinets, credenzas, accent chairs, a day bed, bookshelves plus pillows, wall decor, lamps, unique accessories, jewelry and signs to name just a few things. Several bathroom vanities ranging in size from 24" to 72" were in the shop. Several cabinets that appeared they could be customized as a bathroom vanity. Nice mixture of furniture paint colors and styles. When I was in the first time she was working with a contractor and a furniture painter to customize a cabinet for a client. It appears this is something they do if you need a specific piece or color. She also will keep an eye out for individual items you are searching for. The woman, the owner?, was very friendly but I didn't get a chance to ask many questions. Just basically what I was looking for that day but she didn't have anything similar. However, many other items that would add a fresh look for Spring and Summer. Lots of cool home decor, great displays and ideas. There are definitely lots of furniture pieces that take up most of the floor space. Overpriced boutique with greedy owners that won't offer returns. They apparently have a small sign…read moreby the cash register that is not clearly visible with all the clutter on the counter and the employees dont tell you no returns either as they are more concerned with being on the phone then give you customer service. Sad when you have to ask for a bag and your items just get shoved into a cheap plastic bag. Typically around the holidays, most stores make exceptions to their return policies but not greedy sisters.... I like to shop small business but next time I'll stick with pottery barn and save my money and receive better customer service

WOW. This place is my favorite find of the year so far. After visiting several furniture shops and…read moreonly finding very basic, non interesting pieces, I was blown away to come here and fall in love with almost EVERYTHING. Each piece is handmade and the owner started this company so he could bring back pieces from his travels in an affordable and sustainable way. Many pieces come from India specifically. There's a few reviews mentioning high prices, but these pieces are unique and not massed produced, and are still significantly cheaper than places like Pottery Barn, West Elm, Arhaus, etc. They'll last forever, unlike IKEA, and I even found a piece similar to one I'd found on Wayfair for cheaper. You can check their website for pieces, but their inventory moves fast and they often get new shipments, so go in the store to truly see everything available. The staff are friendly and welcomed me when I arrived. I'll be back! There's several pieces that I fell in love with that I might be returning to purchase...

They draw you attention with a cute chalkboard and some other fun decorations. The inside is awesome! They have so many cute and different items. Lots of Indiana themed things which I love, they have cute notebooks, handkerchiefs, garlands, and lipsense! The prints and postcards are darling, so many different scenes to pick from. I got the impression that a lot of this was all hand made, and to find that in a store is very rare, but enjoyable to be able to go through and enjoy checking out all the different treasures on the shelves. This is not your run of the mill antique mall, but more of designer showrooms. There are 2 buildings with decor and outside with nice garden plants. Rooms/booths are designed around themes and colors. They carry everything from painted furniture, old quilts, glassware and even some clothing and frozen pies. The staff is welcoming, engaging and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Once a month, they also host an outdoor market with about 12-15 vendors.
