They have always been very helpful and very professional with all of my dogs. They don't try to bleed you dry by adding on extra fees for things your pet does not need. I like getting notices when my dogs are ready to go in and they do a great job grooming. If you are snooty, looking for a five star veterinarian facility, you should go to the vintage. I'm sure they would love to take all of your money. If you are looking to work with "the good ole boys" then go to Lakewood Forest. These doctors are Aggies, the best.

Disorganized and Unresponsive Initially, my experience with Poo the Rescue started off well. They were quick to respond--within a couple of hours--and scheduled my service for the following week. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. This is a prepaid service, but they don't bill until the day before. When there was an issue with my invoice, they were slow to respond and only communicated via text, despite my calls and emails. The invoice they sent was incorrect, which I pointed out multiple times, yet they failed to correct it in a timely manner. Then, they simply didn't show up on the scheduled day--without any notice. When I followed up, they blamed it on my lack of prepayment, but the reason I hadn't paid was that they had billed me incorrectly (almost double with the wrong service times and incorrect number of dogs). Even after I repeatedly tried to resolve the issue, they failed to acknowledge their mistake and never reached out by phone to clarify. Their response was essentially that all necessary information was in the welcome email and quote--but it wasn't. While they were friendly enough, the entire process was disorganized and frustrating. A business that requires prepayment should ensure their billing system is accurate and responsive, and at the very least, communicate with customers when they fail to provide the scheduled service. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their customer service and internal processes.

Sarah and her family are the absolute best in the business! And they are just really, really good…read morepeople in general. Since the day I called Sarah inquiring about her puppies we have talked almost daily. She helped prepare us for life with a Rottweiler long before our sweet Peaches even came home. Sarah trained us daily before we got Peaches and continued to train us after Peaches came home. We definitely feel apart of the Haus Der Grossen Pfoten Family. I assure you, you have never met a breeder as top notch as Sarah and her family. Our veterinarian even told us that. The entire vet office was so impressed not only with Sarah's records and paperwork that she sends home with all of her puppies (which are incredible by the way) but how perfect Peaches was. Our vet said it's rare to see a puppy with such a perfect physique like Peaches. Sarah and her husband are next level breeders and all around dog lovers and experts and you will quickly know that after speaking with Sarah. They have been in this business nearly 20 years and know anything and everything about Rottweilers. Once you take your puppy home, you are a member of the family forever. Sarah will stay on the phone with you during veterinarian visits to make sure your puppy is getting the best care. She will help you potty train and crate train your new puppy. There's nothing that Sarah will not help you with no matter how long you have had your baby. Sarah truly goes above and beyond for her clients and especially her puppies. Additionally, Sarah's children play a huge part of socializing your puppy long before your puppy comes home. That was extremely important to me given that I have 5 young kids. You will see in pictures and videos of your puppy during the first 8 weeks of their life that Sarah's children are heavily involved in the care and socialization of your baby. Rest at ease, your puppy will love your children and be properly socialized before he/she comes home. And from that point on, Sarah will train you on how to continue to properly socialize your puppy once she goes home. Peaches is the calmest, sweetest puppy you could ever imagine. She was comfortable at home the first night we got her. She loves to explore the house, play with my kids and follow me everywhere I go. If you have concerns about the breed, call Sarah! Let her tell you all of the amazing things a Rottweiler truly is. I can assure you, Rottweilers are absolutely nothing but big sweetie pies and family dogs. They are extremely intelligent. They want to please you, love on you and be wherever you and your children are. I cannot say enough about Sarah and her family. We would never buy another puppy anywhere else but from Sarah. Peaches is perfect in every way. If you're looking for a new member of your family, this is it. Look no further.
