Since I don't have a great vision for how things will look unless I lay it out, this is super helpful for me. Asked to speak to management, spoke with Nicholas A., he didn't know why the fabric hadn't been delivered, found out there was a delay. This began a continuous communication where I contacted him every two weeks, and he assured me it would be sent to me soon. In May (!) he said they found out there was an issue with the manufacturer, but although they couldn't understand why there was a delay, they would continue to work on it. In June I saw Ballard online was guaranteeing new shipments within 3 days, contacted Nicholas and he assured me my shipment would go out by June 18. It is now June 23 and my order is still "in process" and no shipping target. I love the fabric, but my open house has come and gone, my family has visited and left, and I still don't have the fabric for my new dining room chairs. An altogether disappointing experience

We called every two weeks to check on progress and were given rude, condensendating, dismissive remarks. "We will call you back," which they never did. Ever. Finally received the first fireplace which was two different colors and was malformed on one of the legs. The installers made this even worse by rubbing the grout over the piece, which discolored it even further. They committed to replacing it with a new fireplace. Still never heard ANYTHING from the owners and worked exclusively with installers. Five weeks later the installers notified us that the replacement fireplace was ready. The installer did the best he could to make it look acceptable. However, again, it was slightly discolored and deformed on the same leg. Looks like they pulled it out of the molds with heavy chains. Colossal disappointment! Huge loss of money. Will not use them for the rest of our renovations.

Since they carry Top Knob hardware I made several visits during a recent remodeling project. While the staff was helpful during the selection process I never got a warm fuzzy customer service feel during my ensuing pick-up and delivery visits. Everything is very efficient but lacked warmth or a personal touch. They never asked a quick question about how the project is going? Is there anything else they can help with? How does the hardware look? I found the staff at the ACE hardware on Northside Drive more helpful and customer friendly. Go for the selection and make it your personal mission share a smile or a grin with the staff....I sure did!

This Home Goods' selection of baskets was great! I debated over a couple before purchasing one. Unfortunately when I got to my car, I immediately realized the basket was not a good size for the plant I had and I returned the basket right away. Had it fit the plant though, it would have been golden!

Found some beautiful bedding that I loved for my clients master bedroom. I spend a thousand dollars for a king coverlet and three euro shams. Leave there and purchase a 9x12 and an 8x10 rug to match. I then buy $900 lamps to match and a mirror for this space. I'm on the install today and they given me a queen/full coverlet. So I call-no king available-not today, not ever! So now I have everything purchased and in the space and the the center of the show gone! My sales assistant was very empathetic to my situation which is why I didn't give a one star but unfortunately empathy doesn't get the room done. So screwed, so disappointed and so not ever going back!
