Received rug back within days it started losing loops, to the point there were bald spots. I contacted him he said well it was a synthetic rug so I am not sure. I told him it was not sythentic, it was wool and of high quality, he offered nothing. A few days later I was still so upset about my rug I sent him pictures of the bald spots, he told be maybe you should take it to a rug lavatory and they can test it!!! Mind you lavatory!!!!!. I only wanted acknowledgment that maybe something went wrong. Mind you, I have had the rug for three years and this happened days after it was cleaned. I guess my loss:(
