Very Disappointing Customer Service…read more Diversified Flooring installed our floor a few years ago, and unfortunately, our experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. About two years ago, a piece of our flooring broke. Since then, my husband and I have tried to contact Sean at least 20 times to arrange a repair. We were never expecting the repair to be free and were more than willing to pay for the work. We simply wanted a response and a plan to get the issue resolved. At times, Sean would respond, but there was never any consistent follow-through or a plan to fix the problem. After two years of trying to get this resolved, we finally found the replacement piece ourselves through a local flooring distributor. It is incredibly frustrating to have to chase a company repeatedly for two years over an issue that we were willing to pay to have fixed. The lack of communication and follow-through was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Diversified Flooring. Good customer service should not end once the installation is complete.

I just gave a go ahead on the latest estimate and haven't heard a thing. So, it goes nowhere. So now they have lost about $8,000. I even had to find someone else for one of the projects and restart the entire process because they stopped responding after giving me the bid. You'll be waiting weeks, and nothing gets done. DO NOT HIRE RAFFAEL BARROS FROM PROFOUND MARBLE & GRANITE…read more Shame on us for hiring Raffael "Raffi" Barros as our General Contractor and for countertops for our kitchen renovation. He will take your money upfront and will not pay the subcontractors (My deepest apologies Mary W.) We purchased 2 slabs of quarts for our countertops. Raffi purchaed one slab and remnant pieces and pocketed the difference. That left us with 3 obvious seams and large gaps in between the cabinets and countertops. Asked him to repair a tile that has a gauge in it from him removing the spacers with a hammer and he said he will put epoxy on it. I told him that is not what I wanted, and he said it would be too much work to take out the tiles and remove the thin set. We worked with him hoping things would get better and to our disappointment it just continuously got worse. We finally let him go and are left with countertops that will need to be replaced, a tile floor that needs to be repaired and regrouted. We paid $28,000 for what we thought was going to be a high level of professionalism and quality and an eye for detail that was not even close to being met. He is a fraud and would stay clear of him. Small claims here we come!
