I was near Kalamazoo for one day and just knew I had to stop at BC Pizza. I have had many fond experiences with BC Pizza over the years whilst visiting Michigan, but this one was one of the best. I placed an online order for a pizza and a calzone with broccoli, bacon and cheddar cheese. When I walked in, the employees greeted me with big smiles and "hellos!" My order was hot and ready, which was great because I had a three-hour drive ahead of me. The chef came out and greeted me and he was so friendly! He suggested that I take the homemade ranch to try with my calzone. I went with his suggestion, and I am glad that I did; it was the best ranch ever! I hope to visit the Kalamazoo location again; they are good people and know how to make a good pizza and calzone! read more

I work at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Kalamazoo, one day one of my guest ordered from this place which I never heard of so I said I will try it. When I checked there website I was so shocked man. SPICY PICKLE PIZZA??? Crazy right I order an XL spicy pickle pizza with the other half being an extreme pepperoni. This is quality quality eats here at BC in Kalamazoo. The staff are all nice and very remembering. When I call to place an order after a few weeks they say " we're glad your back it's been a while" that really touched me and made me a forever customer they are first in my list in the city when I'm grabbing pizza from now on. (It's primarily because the pickle pizza is amazing) but great customer service is always appreciated. Thank you for providing such goodness to our community. Exceptional customer service. We planned on getting food to go, but they were such a great bunch of people that we stuck around & ate there. It was very busy, but they still took the time to chat with us. If I lived closer, this is a place I would want to work. And as a customer, this is a place you feel appreciated. The chicken cordon bleu pizza was my favorite, but the other 3 were excellent as well. Now I want to get there for the buffet & try more varieties. read more

Lunch buffet (pizza, salad, and fountain drink) was tasty and a great value at $7. Limited seating, but there are tables inside and out. One person did the buffet as carry out. Listened to the owner talk to his staff and another staff member training a newer employee. Very impressed with what I saw and heard. read more

We got the cauliflower crust and it was light and fluffy. I felt the taco pizza was light on the meat but it had good flavor. My son said the pizza "was the best ever"! We got the pepperoni breadsticks and they were winners in my book. Easy to place a pick up order although you couldn't use the coupon code from Facebook to place an online order so I called my order in. Easy quick pickup. read more

Winter for lunch buffet, $12.71 with tax (cash price, add 3.5% if you use your credit card. , grrrrrrr- (if I hadn't had cash, I would've left instead of paying that fee, just saying, it's a cost of doing business, figure into your pricing, I just happen to have cash day) two of the women working there seem to just be kind of messing around and were ignoring me at the counter, the awesome woman that was making pizza stopped and came over to ring me up, and told me if there was something at the buffet I wanted, she'd be happy to make anything I wanted- she is single-handedly The reason I gave a five star review instead of the four stars, it probably deserves. The salad toppings at the buffet were about three times but you would normally expect, that was a nice touch, I've never been a huge fan of BC pizza at other locations, but I heard the guy who owns this place is awesome and wanted to give it a try. I was spending mother's day solo with my three young kids this year so decided to treat myself with a new restaurant, BC Pizza as something to look forward to. I was directed to GrubHub for delivery. I scheduled my time for 5:30 two days ahead of time in order to get a slot. 5:20 on mother's day rolled around and I was notified my order would be 30 min late. I waited 30 min then got notified that it would be closer to 7. The kids and I waited patiently. At 7, we were notified that my order was canceled. So, it was frozen pizza for the kids and I on mother's day. This is a new business that I was trying to support during this time of closures, was very excited to try, placed an order with days in advance, and was very disappointed by the outcome. I will be hesitant to try them again due to this. And also hesitant to try ant restaurant that choses to participate with GrubHub for delivery services. Edit**** I just checked my voicemail and saw that I received a voicemail from the owner. He was very kind and stated that they had my food ready to go at 5:17 and GrubHub actually picked my order up to deliver it. They have decided to cancel ties with GrubHub due to issues such as this. He offered me a free meal and was sincerely apologetic. Sounds like this one was out of his hands and certainly not bc pizzas fault but an issue with grubhub. Honestly, pizza was good if you want to re-warm it once it was delivered 10-20 minutes late. I've had better pizza and I've had worse pizza, it's kind of like Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut had a baby and it was B C Pizza (far less greasy than the two though). I would've given them 4-stars because it really wasn't that bad; maybe they were busy? A phone call would've been nice if they knew they were running behind! read more

The pizza and salads here are really good but frankly this place is a train wreck. I've been here three times now and 2 out of three they can't seem to get an order out in time.
