Pho dac biet (15.50 euros) consists of rare beef, flank, mmet balls (Bo vien), & ox tail (duoi bo). The broth comes out on a sizzling stone pot and their rare beef and noodles comes on the side.
Their veggies dish was abundant and includef the essentials - bean sprouts, lime, Thai chili cut up, Thai basil (hung que), & culantro (ngo gai). Only thing missing was ngo om but not a lot of places offer it.
