All delicious and all a little unique. We passed on the custard since we ate our fill on their frys, but will see how well they do there next time. The confirmation email said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, but I gave 30 just in case. As I walked in, there were 2 people waiting for pickup just inside the door. I then waited for my order for another 30 minutes. But guess what? I think this team did a great job. From the moment I arrived they had a line of 5-10 people coming in the door non stop and they were all working the whole time. Someone actually picked up their to go order and had to come back for a missed hot sandwich but the employee was apologetic. They even gave me a cup to grab a free drink after I had been standing there for 20 minutes and verbally told me they were waiting on the hot part. The missing star is because it was not an accurate pickup time from the website. If I knew it would have been longer I could have let my office know. There were a couple of anxious customers about a wait, but I would tell them how long I had been waiting and they realized they were served faster. So now I know to not order at noon if I can avoid it, avoid ordering a hot sandwich during busy times because it takes longer and tell my gluten free friends they take it serious so there will be extra time for new gloves and extra safety to keep away from other things.
