My insurance company's first claim payout was greater than $10k below the estimate to repair. My North State Custom agent , Neil C., was the consummate professional from start to finish in the process. As this was first major auto insurance claim, I was entirely clueless on the process, but he reassured me (most) insurance companies will come through once their adjusters come to the shop and consult with him and his colleagues.
