He brought my car back to life! The shine was incredible, and the level of detail was so impressive that it looked like it had just come off the dealership showroom floor. I also want to thank Danny Espinal owner of DDents for helping me make the right decision for my vehicle. He took the time to explain my options, provided excellent advice on how to maintain the interior as well as exterior, and shared valuable tips to keep my car looking great for months to come. My insurance company's first claim payout was greater than $10k below the estimate to repair. My North State Custom agent , Neil C., was the consummate professional from start to finish in the process. As this was first major auto insurance claim, I was entirely clueless on the process, but he reassured me (most) insurance companies will come through once their adjusters come to the shop and consult with him and his colleagues. He was absolutely correct, aside from paying my deductible, I had no other out of pocket expense and my car looks brand new inside and out. Customer service is king these days, and these people could teach a masters class on this topic. Neil and his colleagues could not have been more accommodating in a an otherwise stressful and expensive repair. I'm very happy with the results. Hopefully I won't require their services again, but if it should happen, North State will be my first call. Thank you Neil and company.
