I check their app at 11:45 it says my technician arrived and "service was in progress" which is funny because no one was at my house. 12:30 hit I called and spoke with someone who told me to be patient they assured me I was next in line. Another few hours passed, a tech showed up for "water damage assessment" there's no water damage I have a clogged pipe, he said it was a "free service"... I told him nowhere did I say I had water damage. I asked whim where the actual tech was he said he didn't know and he couldn't help. At 4:50pm I got a call from a woman at Roto rooter telling me a tech was going to come available and giving me a 30-45 minute heads up. Obviously I told her to cancel and that was insane why would I give a penny to this company? 9am appointment and they're telling me they'll show up around 6pm? They continuously texted me to tell me I was next in line from 9am to 5pm which was an obvious lie. Lesson learned call a local plumber, this company is the worst. They scheduled our install for the following week, which is unheard of in this post-pandemic world. Randolph and Bryan showed up on time and were quick in their work. They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system. Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch. The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022. We already trusted Air Stars because we had them install Mitsubishi ductless units 18 months ago in our granny unit (to replace baseboard and wall heaters and to add A/C).
