We received a few estimates and their rates were very competitive, they were also the most accommodating and easiest to work with. Bryant let me know from the beginning that he would do whatever he can to earn our trust and business, which he did. Even when we added a few things on their to-do lists at the last minute, they were able to make it all happen. We are so grateful Bryant and the entire team of guys that came out to help us with the move. We highly recommend The Task Team and will 100% use them again for any of our moving needs in the future. To top it off, right before the holiday season Bryant asked if we would like to partner on a charity event to give back to the community. Through this partnership we were able to give over 20+ turkey dinners to families. What a great Team to work with!

After Reyes told me they broke my tv, he proceeded to tell me he was bidding on a tv on Facebook marketplace. I told him that I didn't believe that was an appropriate valuation method of my tv, seeing that I purchased it from Walmart. Reyes told me that all he needed to do was replace a used tv, but I also explained I haven't had this tv long, under 6 months. He said it wasn't in the box and was not worth what it was prior to it being purchased. I then was told that my tv was dusty and I was trying to get a new tv out of him. After explaining that if he purchased a tv from FB marketplace and it breaks the next day, that leaves me without a working tv. He continued to go back and forth with me as if he didn't understand why that was inappropriate to buy a tv from FB. After telling him the only options he had, he then went to Walmart and purchased my tv. Overall, this is what made my experience poor, the way he spoke to me was poor.

This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. Avoid this company.
