He was about to order the wrong part which cost 100 dollars more. Also stating that i had to give him an answer so he can secure the part from his supplier which would take a few days to get. How does this story end. I ordered the part from an online authorized dealer $173. Part was delivered Monday. Eight screws later and my oven is back up and running. He was in a rush according to my wife. Was on the phone with another customer telling hum he would be right over. If he just would have taken a few minutes to remove the cover the part number was right there (see photo). 92 bucks for absolutely nothing, 10 minutes time. This is also the reason he does not take credit cards. The check was deposited, I'm sure right from his car that night.
