However, when I made my selection, I was charged full "new" price for what I discovered was a used gun. I called once I had a chance to carefully inspect the item and noticed that the sights had been changed and there were a couple of items missing from the case. I called to report this to the manager and never received a call back. I went by a couple of weeks later and spoke with a manager. He told me that the gun had been used for a demo and the individual wanted different sights. They did not offer to replace the original sights that were removed nor the items missing. And I did ask.

They actually had what I was looking for and the price was reasonable for today's standards. They held it at the counter while I looked around the store. When I was ready check out was friendly and quick. Talked with me a few minutes when I asked a few questions and made sure I had all the info that I needed and made sure they answered my questions. Offered to put stuff on hold if I changed my mind and called them later. Good experience and I would return to shop here again.
