Excellent experience overall incredible pricing quick delivery. What more could you ask for? Also, excellent selection.

Love this place! Great prices, fast shipping, great customer service! Ordered Trijicon green dot type 2 RMR, and was so happy with the transaction, i ordered a second one that was just delivered today, alone with a Daniel Defense AR pistol. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! read more

Unbelievably fast service. I ordered this yesterday morning and it arrived this afternoon. I realize some of it was the luck of UPS hubs but damn!!' The gun is exactly as described and is the second we have purchased from GunPrime.com this week. Best price on both the purchases as well. Outstanding service. read more

I had been looking for a Smith & Wesson that is no longer manufactured and had to good fortune to find a NOS model at GunPrime.com. Not only that, they had a very good price on it. Their website was very simple and I was able to make the purchase easy with my credit card and have the pistol shipped to my local Gun Shop. It only took two days to arrive and works great. I highly recommend this site ! read more

Just used GunPrime.com to purchase my wife's new - and her first - semi-automatic pistol for personal defense use. We've been subscribed to GunPrime's newsletters and enjoy looking at their 5-gun Friday specials. That's where we found this recent offering for a new Bul Armory 'Cherokee' 9mm that was in a compact frame, had all the features she was looking for, was made in Israel, and had a great price. We 'pulled the trigger' on that pistol on 2 NOV 2024 and had it shipped to our local FFL here in Sandy, The Armory (see separate Yelp write-up on The Armory from earlier...) The weapon arrived on time and we processed the transfer on Saturday the 9th. The entire process went as expected...perfect from beginning to end. Looking forward to continued newsletters from GunPrime.com and especially their 5-gun Friday specials. Thank you GunPrime! read more

Lightning-fast delivery. Fair price on the Walther PP. Ordered the pistol late in the day EST, and they got it out the door. Delivered from Birmingham to north of Atlanta in one day. Have yet to pick it up. Unreal. read more

DON'T BUY from these rude crooks. i ordered a hellcat pro their online website showed available and i called to confirm it was available prior to ordering. Paid them $570.00 and received an email the gun had shipped 2 weeks after but never got my gun. I called them and they said they did not have the gun and did not ship it. Told me to wait weeks because Springfield Armory was going to send them more to stock. 1 month, 2 months, 3 months went by and nothing. on the 4th month I asked for my refund and they sent a partial refund to the wrong card. The owner guy os a jerk and said he would have to call his credit card comlany to try and get the partial money back into his account before he could send me my full refund. I demanded a full refund and asked for a check to be sent if he was having trouble. he then proceeded to send my check to the wrong address on purpose after I had asked to send check to mailing address instead of billing. But most importantly do not buy guns from them even if the website says in stock or if they tell you they have it in stock. They kept $570.00 hostage for 4 months!!!!! read more

I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of them but I'm really glad I chose to buy from them. I called their number to verify if a SCAR17 was in stock, they informed me it was not but showed me a different SCAR17 that was. Not only did they give me a great price but shipped it ridiculously fast. The gun was in pristine condition and the customer service was spectacular, these guys are one of my new go to for online gun purchases. read more

This review is a major shoutout to Gunprime, and particularly a gentleman named Lee. I ordered a handgun that arrived at my FFL within (3) business days. However, the front sight was slightly bent, obviously from the factory. When I called Gunprime and spoke to Lee, he said not to worry and that it will be taken care of. Within a few minutes the prepaid return shipping label was sent. The following day UPS received the package and it was delivered (2) days later. The following day my replacement gun was shipped and (2) days later it arrived at the FFL for pickup. I have never experienced such prompt and courteous service from any company. Thank you so much and I look forward to doing business with your company again. WELL DONE!!!! read more

First, I shopped price on a firearm I wanted. Gunprime was $10 more than the lowest competitor, but when I read what terms you had to agree with on their website (which includes the words Outdoors) it was ludicrous, laughable, and downright onerous. They should have been ashamed. I went to Gunprime and much to my delight that were reasonable and fair. Additionally, I ordered from Gunprime on Monday evening, the firearm went out on Tuesday morning, and it was delivered to my FFL on Thursday afternoon, which I picked up an hour later. Gunprime's service and the way this was handled could not have been better and I unequivocally recommend them. Top notch! read more

Good prices and they have always completed my purchase. They are an aggregator and many items are drop-shipped from other dealers in their network. Now...regarding some of the negative reviews and other positive ones: Please Note that many of them are from reviewers in San Francisco, California, Oregon and New York City. These jurisdictions either severely restrict or flat out do not allow online gun sales. So those reviews are bogus. Amazing they are not vetted, clearly they are bots or people with an agenda who never really bought the guns. Pay attention. read more

Quick shipping! Easy to navigate website! Overall great experience and will definitely be ordering from again!

Be careful ordering from them. I ordered a Kimber 2K11 based on the picture which showed a blue finish. The order came quickly but the gun was gray, not blue. This was my first experience receiving a wrong item so I was not aware I had to refuse the gun when I was picking it up. They are refusing to do anything because I took delivery and because the description says "granite" which I interpreted as the type of finish, not the color. The excuse was the blue color was the lighting in the picture. There are plenty of pictures on the web showing gray, not blue, so I am having a hard time accepting that excuse. I should have been much more careful before ordering from them so buyer beware. read more

This business will not deal with C&R FFL licenses, yet they advertise items as being a Curio & Relic. This is disappointing and misleading.

Excellent prices, good communication and timely shipping. Customer service is knowledgable and friendly. Just purchased my second firearm thru the website and have another picked out. read more

watch out !! buyer beware !! 15% restocking fee $1200 gun cost me $180 just because my wife picked something she didnt like..it was brand new and never shot. terrible way to do business. read more

GunPrime - My AR-15 and AR-10 - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Trussville, Alabama

Worst customer service l've ever experienced. I received damaged/defective items and have emailed them several times with no reply . I've reached out several times by phone and they never wanna talk about fixing the issue but instead they just say they will get back to me by email. I will never do business with them again. I'd rather pay more money to someone else who has outstanding customer service. So think twice before purchasing anything from them. It's not worth it. Don't get yourself into the same situation I'm in . read more

They post items for cheap, and then oversell the amount they actually had, then send you an email saying it can't be fulfilled and wanting to substitute for something you didn't want. Then not answer you for days on end while your credit card is charged. The "hurry only 5 left" inventory numbers they show on their site are bogus. read more
