This review is a major shoutout to Gunprime, and particularly a gentleman named Lee. I ordered a handgun that arrived at my FFL within (3) business days. However, the front sight was slightly bent, obviously from the factory. When I called Gunprime and spoke to Lee, he said not to worry and that it will be taken care of. Within a few minutes the prepaid return shipping label was sent. The following day UPS received the package and it was delivered (2) days later. The following day my replacement gun was shipped and (2) days later it arrived at the FFL for pickup. I have never experienced such prompt and courteous service from any company. First, I shopped price on a firearm I wanted. Gunprime was $10 more than the lowest competitor, but when I read what terms you had to agree with on their website (which includes the words Outdoors) it was ludicrous, laughable, and downright onerous. They should have been ashamed. I went to Gunprime and much to my delight that were reasonable and fair. Additionally, I ordered from Gunprime on Monday evening, the firearm went out on Tuesday morning, and it was delivered to my FFL on Thursday afternoon, which I picked up an hour later. Now...regarding some of the negative reviews and other positive ones: Please Note that many of them are from reviewers in San Francisco, California, Oregon and New York City. These jurisdictions either severely restrict or flat out do not allow online gun sales. So those reviews are bogus. Be careful ordering from them. I ordered a Kimber 2K11 based on the picture which showed a blue finish. The order came quickly but the gun was gray, not blue. This was my first experience receiving a wrong item so I was not aware I had to refuse the gun when I was picking it up. They are refusing to do anything because I took delivery and because the description says "granite" which I interpreted as the type of finish, not the color. The excuse was the blue color was the lighting in the picture. There are plenty of pictures on the web showing gray, not blue, so I am having a hard time accepting that excuse. I should have been much more careful before ordering from them so buyer beware. read more

They post items for cheap, and then oversell the amount they actually had, then send you an email saying it can't be fulfilled and wanting to substitute for something you didn't want. Then not answer you for days on end while your credit card is charged. The "hurry only 5 left" inventory numbers they show on their site are bogus. read more

As others have mentioned, they lacked any concern whatsoever in helping to resolve the issue. This company advertises competitive prices and as long as you receive what you ordered without any complications you may be fine. I purchased a Kimber custom cdp 2 and a Mossberg shotgun. When it arrived at my ffl, it had scuff marks on rear sight with the Kimber. But, worst of all, when I press the slide release, the hammer falls. It says new from the time of purchase, but it doesn't look like it. The Mossberg has slight scuff marks, but the Kimber is what's really disappointing. I emailed twice as this is the 1st time I had a defective purchase and was told initially from Gun Prime to send it to Kimber, and they'll fix it. 2nd time, I emailed stating how disappointed I was and asking what my options are in this situation. I was told to either return it or have Kimber fix it. Quick to take our money, but not even apologetic. Either way, no compassion and the fact that there are other reviews stating their hardship getting their money back from returns. I'll wait for Kimber to kix it as I don't want to deal with the hassle getting my money back like others experienced. Lesson learned, and I would never purchase from this store and make sure everyone in the industry I know doesn't either. read more

The prices and selection is really good. It has been a nightmare dealing with them thought. Customer service needs work. I placed my order for a 300 Blackout rifle on 02/22 it was shipped pretty quick. It arrived at my FFL on 02/27 I went did the backorder check paid the transfer fee. Got it home was installing my LPVO and Red Dot. I tried to laser bore sight it and decided to use the type that goes into the end of barrel. Good thing I did I found it would not fit, investigated found out they sent me 5.56 rifle. Which had I just tried to fire rounds out of it that could have resulted in injuries at the very least a destroyed rifle. So, I contacted them via email that night. Got a 02/28 response and talked to them on the phone. I shipped them back the 5.56 upper and they received it on 03/01. I was told my replacement upper would be shipped out on 03/01. On 03/05 I emailed them once again because I had to call five times to reach someone. I was checking on a tracking number no one ever got back to me. I followed up again on 03/07 with yet another email after calling multiple times. Once again, no response finally got someone on the phone on 03/08. He told me that it was still sitting on the belt to be shipped it never left. Was told they saw it with an invoice but did not know what was going on with it. So, they mistakenly sent me the wrong rifle which is 100% understandable. Then they were going to make things right which I appreciate, then they dropped the ball never sent it out. I tried to follow up since no one checks the emails it sat there second time they dropped the ball. The first follow up had our prior conversations attached to it so they knew what was going on. They dropped the ball the third time when I followed up again and once again no one checked it or said anything. Honestly had someone asked or someone took the time to figure out what was going on with it that would have been great. So, when I called and talked to someone on 03/08 they did apologize which is nice but, seemed so offput and annoyed I get it I was too. Was told it would ship out on 03/01 with upgraded shipping. Was told four time I would receive it Monday 03/11. I am writing this on 03/12 and have yet to receive what I ordered on 02/22 that is almost 3 weeks. A lot of time emailing and calling for something that should have not been an issue to begin with. I did get tracking information but, I said Tuesday now its saying Wednesday. I have to wait until 03/14 for something I should have received no later than 03/05. So, they failed to ship it not once but seven times. Let me say that again seven times every day it sat there no one tried to figure out why it was sitting there. I had to cancel multiple trips due to this situation for those who know how much of a pain it is to set them up. It's a bigger pain to cancel them, I feel I never should have cancelled them. read more
