Then I got several disjointed phone messages that they saw I was interested in a class and that they had upcoming openings. Then several about being sold out and when did I want to schedule. I finally talked with Josh (?) 2 days before the class. He said only 2 people signed up and they were go to cancel the class so they could prepare for other classes! When I asked about the messages on the class being sold out he changed the story and said all he knew was the class had been canceled. In hindsight I think all the social media marketing is just BS. Not professional.

Despite repeated assurances, the trigger replacement was never successfully performed. Throughout this extended period, I experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and what felt like a continuous runaround whenever I attempted to get updates on the status of my firearm. This level of service falls far below reasonable expectations for professionalism and customer care. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service that was ultimately not completed. Retaining payment under these circumstances is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your business practices. I virtually pay you to baby sit my own gun!
