He was also very impressive when listening to him explain what our system could look like and what our options would be. At that time, we were already having an ADU built in our backyard, and when the contractor found out we wanted a new tankless heater and water filter installed on our main house, he offered us a discount and installed a tankless heater. It ended up being a big mistake as they did a very sloppy job. Fast forward to this past September 2025, and my wife put out a Yelp request to get a water filtration system installed. She did not know that Pure Plumbing had come out previously, but I recognized Bryan's name when my wife told me he would be coming to the house. He walked my wife through everything while I was at work, and she was impressed by him too. He even pointed out where our contractor's plumber had made a major mistake with our tankless heater. We ended up having Pure Plumbing install the water filtration system, the price was great, and they did a fabulous job. In addition, thanks to Bryan's alertness, we were able to have our contractor's plumber come out to fix their mistake. Thank you Bryan, and thank you Pure Plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. Very impressed with Quick's responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to turn everything around in a single day. Highly recommend them.

This call happened after a slightly frustrating visit with Ben who admitted he only has 1 year of experience and was trying to keep up as best as he could. He was actively trying to learn on the spot. He was honest which I commend. Ben left saying he needs an actual technician present along with the owner's help to develop a more solid option and plan to move forward. Not a problem at all. It must be frustrating being an expert in your field having to speak about the same products and concepts with home owners who are relearning different/new systems on the fly. But if customer service is not your forte, stick to delegating and take hospitality courses so your loyal customers don't feel like they have to be apologetic for having questions on a $11k quote. Sadly, a "could have been better" 2/5 star experience, wish we could stick with them. Was confused because took my name and booked an appointment, but didn't get my address. 2 hour window for the appointment and was able to get a time less than 48 hours. Received a confirmation email and had my address which was wild. Fast forward to Monday and they arrived 25 minutes before their scheduled time. They sent a text that they would be arriving in 30 minutes and then they were there. Usually would be happy for a plumber to arrive early, but wife had a work call and I was driving home from work to meet him. He was ringing the doorbell a bunch which annoyed my wife, but life happens. Joel was very nice and said we needed to call CPL to locate where exactly the leak is. He gave me the wrong number for CPL even though I read the number back to him. True Plumbing didn't have any appointments the next day, but Joel found a way to squeeze me in to take a look after CPL completed their inspection. Sent two estimates which I had questions about. I talked to Joel on the phone and he answered them all. I really like that he was able to do cement work which some places wouldn't do. After agreeing to have a technician visit my home to assess the situation and provide a more accurate estimate, I waited for the next day. My appt was set for 1400 hrs but Erick contacted me asking if I could accommodate his visit earlier, which I welcomed with gusto. By 10AM he was taking a look at my dead appliance. Erick took a look and the mystery of the broken 1-yr-old water heater was resolved. My pressure modulator was dead, so the 150PSI streaming through my house killed the water heater. You change the filter once a year and my husband did it and it wasn't bad. When we got it the guy who installed it was good. He gave all the info to my husband and did it pretty quick. We were initially going to get like a reverse osmosis water filter and alkaline from puragain water but it was 3x the price. This is basic but it does the job and our water tastes great. Totally recommend. It beats buying water bottles! Or fridge filters.
