She had to stop working and went to talk to the roofer that said he had an appointment with me at 5:30. I live by my calendar and I did NOT have an appointment. Some telemarketer gave RRG my address and they were waiting in my driveway while I was at work. The roofer had my phone number, but didn't even call me. I tell him on the phone to email, but he insists on coming back next week. His 1 and only text to me was "Don't waste your time." so I'm passing this on to all the other future customers... Don't waste your time. I have talked to many roofers, and he was second to worst with customer service. I went thru my doorbell cam recordings and found the guy. Why didn't he just call me?! You can see the phone in his hand, and he has my number... Edit: look at the company response. This is their customer service. Maybe they will learn from this experience, call/text the next customer about time of meeting, and treat the customer with respect. I serve my customers, and I respect their time and decisions.

I assumed that he would operate under some name, and I thought this was it. I was looking for a building contractor in the Dahlonega, Ga. area to do some work on my chimney/roof. I received a recommendation from a trusted source for B. Paitsel, a local building contractor. I checked to make sure he was licensed in Georgia, and he was. The problem is that 1) he and his helper are totally incompetent, 2) his materials markup was obscene and you will NEVER get a receipt for anything, and 3) the job will never be finished. Oh, and I fired this pathetic wretch in June, 2012; he left his equipment and supplies on my property when he started the job in January, 2012, and it is still here nine months later, three months after I fired him. His license has expired, and he has not renewed it. Each time I have contacted him, he has another excuse for not getting his things, usually some sort of physical ailment. He is well enough to have opened a martial arts studio in Dahlonega, though. Good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to get involved with him.
