Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this "company" - The owner is a con! Don't take my word for it... look at the multiple reviews from other customers on Google who had the same experiance we did! We paid $210 for a years service because we got two months free...we paid in advance and things started off well for 2 months. However, we had a missed pick up earlier this month. After a few days, with no comunication and our trash bin sitting by the street corner, we reached out and were told by the owner, he would be out that day. When it wasnt picked up again, I reached out and I was told he forgot and it would be picked up that day. He proceeded to give me a list of excuses from accidents to employees with drugs to court cases to kids turning his ringer off on his phone etc. I have no idea if they were true or not... it's not for me to judge. I just told him we were looking for an update on our trash pick up. He did come that day but the owner then texted my wife to tell her that our new scheduled pick up day was now Tuesday and no longer Monday and that he would no longer be offering pick up two days a week as we were told when we paid for a years service. The following monday night, I put my bin by the street and again, expecting it to be picked up Tuesday... but surprise! No pick up! It did snow, so I gave the owner the benifit of a doubt. A few days later my wife and I were trying to get an update from the owner on when we could expect our trash picked up... we noticed a number of other trash services cruising through our neighborhood but our bin remained untouched. I called ... I texted... my wife texted and reached out via Facebook but no response. I looked the company up on Google and noticed other people were having similiar issues! My wife again tried to reach out to the owner via an unrelates ad for Firewood drop off and she was immediatley blocked on Facebook! I texted the owner and still no response... I called and noticed that the owner blocked my phone number as well! Why am I calling the owner on his cell? That's the only phone number we were given and its the only number listed on his website... So my wife and I are completely blocked from getting in touch with him. We asked for a refund with no response. I sent him emails, text messages asking him to call me or at the minimum, send me a check... no response! His voicemail is full so you can't even leave him a message if you wanted to. So... sadly, we are out $210 but lessons learned! *** If you had the same issue, please reach out to your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge for bad service *** Per the Federal Trade Commission *** You are able to dispute a payment for bad service with proof that you reached out in good faith for a refund *** I have everything documented *** read more

Read the many reviews where kind-hearted, good intentioned people seeking local trash service were swindled. I stupidly paid one year in advance, as did many other people. Trash service started off great, then slacked off, then stopped completely ~ many excuses but no action. Being a reasonable person and a small business owner, I wanted to give Brad Earp the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, in this case, the old saying "No good deed goes unpunished" holds true. No trash pick up, no communication, no refund, no real recourse. Do not get involved with this company. He does not honor his contact or act in good faith. Full of excuses and very unreliable. Originally we were promised two weekly pick-ups and shortly after signing up they changed it to once a week, and they still can't figure out how to pick up the trash on time. The dude that runs it seems like a nice guy but if you're like me and want shit done on time don't bother with them. read more

I paid for 12 months of service to start Sept 1. They missed the first 2 weeks claiming it was a computer error. In October they missed a week claiming employee issues. They have missed the past 4 weeks claiming employee issues again. They refuse to respond to emails. They also refuse to refund the customers who are requesting refunds. Now it is just a husband and wife supposedly collecting trash in MD, WV, and VA. read more

I gave them 1 star only because I had to give them a star for the review to count. I always support small businesses and it's a shame con artists like this exist. Not only did we tip and were more than accommodating we paid in advance.... only to hear excuse after excuse why our trash was never picked up to now being completely blocked from being able to contact this major fail of a busines. no refund offered only blocked! Really gives small buisnesss a bad name. It cost us fines and fees we recieved no communication and no solution. if you wanna pay for a service you will never receive them look no further Brad is your man.
