Upon inspecting the delivered items, we discovered multiple instances of damage: our Sleep Number bed was broken (movers proceeded with dismantling despite being told to stop if they were unsure), the back of our sectional sofa was broken, and they left a hole in the wall at our new home, which they promised to fix but have not. The company subsequently refused the damage claim for the bed, citing a self-imposed 10-day limit, making it impossible to get a proper manufacturer assessment for the sleep number bed. The owner has failed to return inquiries. This company is careless, negligent, unprofessional, and destructive. Do not use them.

I used these guys twice (first time experience was great) second time which was most recently it was HORRENDOUS....I am writing now because I am sitting on a bed that was NOT assembled properly - these guys took advantage of us at the last minute and demanded more money than they had initially quote by about $700 - They also demand CASH or say they will charge you about 5% extra if you use a credit card/debit card. They are UNPROFESSIONAL - they refused to move certain items to certain rooms (stating they didn't want to un-assemble certain things & then assemble them again - um that is one of the services they highlight on their site). They also broke about 5-6 items and didn't seem too concerned about it - these guys got paid what they demanded and when they left we discovered that some of the rooms weren't assembled properly - why is my bed still not assembled properly? They propped up the adjoining night stand using a box underneath it (in which I discovered later) they never even screwed in the nightstand to the bed and didn't assemble the bed together properly to begin with. They are MORE worried about getting to their next move than actually caring about the customer they are helping now. Basically, Don't use them - they will unfairly quote you a price and then when they start moving they will say that they weren't aware of all of the furniture (even though I explicitly filled out their spreadsheet) and will demand more money - in my case they demanded $700 additional dollars - I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of Maryland.
