I pull a ski boat several times a month around the state of Florida and don't want any problems. Well here it is 10 years later and the van just hit 200,000 miles and NO problems with the transmission since then. These guys are fantastic !!!!!

Apparently if you bring your car into a Ford dealership and you say something to the service…read moredepartment because they screwed up your car spectacularly, they will call your work and inquire about why you're ticked off. I was ticked off because they screwed up my vehicle and apparently one of their service advisors is friends with my assistant manager and decided to call her on her day off to ask about me, which has now caused ALOT of tension at work. I feel like my privacy and personal business was breached. They screwed up my car. No one else has touched my vehicle where the rear dash cam is except for Weikert Ford. Phillip Weikert is the owner of the dealership who admitted this to me during a phone conversation on July 17 2026. No offer to do anything to do anything about the employee who breached my privacy.

Only reason we gave 2 stars because their sales staff was friendly, even so not very efficient.

I went in today after having a really good experience with them a couple months ago with my partners car, which they got the tire replaced on that one in only a few minutes and charged a very reasonable price. Incredible staff, great pricing, and very quick service. Will definitely be coming back here and recommending to everyone I know.

They need to stop lying to people about their cars. My car could have been fixed but I was told it…read morewas beyond repair. The mechanic who told me it was unfixable should be fired because his wife is currently driving my car. I would have gladly fixed my car because I can't afford payments and my insurance went up dramatically. The month prior my rent was increased $200, now I currently overwhelmed by payments. I am single and live by myself. I guess these people make their money any way they can get it. I've contacted the BBB but they got no response from Tito's Tire. I took my new (used) car in to get checked and there was no fluids in the coolant, it also has an oil leak. I guess ethics and morals go right down the tube when you're "trying" to run a business. I had to use my rent money to put down on the new car which has kept me behind every month and I do worry about eviction. They really need to learn how there actions affect people. I did go to a business and explained what they've done and they thought it was disgustingly and said they would gladly put the word out to not use their business. I thought these people were really looking out for me but be careful behind those smiles are evil people.

Called this place on this car…read morehttps://www.jarrettfordavonpark.com/used-Avon+Park-2007-Mercury-Grand+Marquis-LS-2MEFM75V17X623567 and spoke with a sales rep, possibly Adam, bad with names. Explained to him that i was driving from Miami and would appreciate an honest review of the car, wanting to know what problems the car had so I wouldn't be wasting their time as well as mine. He sent me a video, some pictures and stated that the car was in great shape. My wife and I were in the car the next day driving the 140 plus miles to their dealership. When we got there, we were greeted and told that the vehicle was being detailed. After about a 10 minute wait they brought the car around and it looked great from a distance. Upon closer inspection I immediately noticed the trunk lid, and rear bumper appeared to be freshly painted. The vehicles external flaws were told to me on the phone, so I knew what I was walking into. When I discussed on the phone the condition of the AC, he said it was working great. Upon inspection, it appeared that there was some type of foam sealant used on the ac accumulator. When asked about it the sales rep told us he knew nothing of that. While it blew cold, it was apparent that there was an issue at some time, but no one knew anything about it. I checked under the car and it also appeared since it was a North Carolina car, there was rust under the car which may have been why the rear deck lid and bumper were painted. I asked him why were they painted and I got what has to be the most ridiculous answer ever from a car salesman and I quote "We had them painted because the guys in the body shop had nothing to do so we gave them something to do" If that was the fucking case they should have done the whole car! Right then and there, we lost trust in both him and the dealership. We opened the trunk to find it extremely wet on both the carpet and deck lid. They took it back to the body shop and told us that they would let us know what the problem was. We left to go get something to eat and waited for their call. An hour and a half later I get a text that it was the studs holding the tail lights in and that it was fixed. Like I said earlier we lost trust with them, so we both decided to pass on the vehicle due to that loss of trust, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE LIKED THE CAR! We both were quite pissed at the fact that we drove all that way fully expecting to leave with it, only to be mislead on what was actually wrong with the car. I called the dealership later to speak with the manager and left a message for Tim Masse the manager. I was told he would return my call, never did. Left another message yesterday, same result no call back. Left another this morning, still crickets. I'm sure that this dealership provides a great service to the local community that wants new cars? Used cars, another story. Would I do business with them? Not at this point. A simple inspection of the vehicle by one of their mechanics, listing what I found in a 15 minute inspection would have saved us a shit ton of time that I could have spent looking for an honest and reliable used car. I still cannot get over this statement; "We had them painted because the guys in the body shop had nothing to do so we gave them something to do" Think about that before you venture out to see what they have to offer. Just not right to bullshit a customer with cash to spend! Time to hit social media to spread the word....... They chose to delete my honest review so I added it again plus an update. Thank you for turning me away otherwise I wouldn't have found this little gem in my backyard. 2006 Grand Marquis 60 thousand original miles with an extended warranty to 92 thousand miles as well as 4 additional new tires and rims.
