Wife and I bought 2 brand new tires less than 2 months ago and we were here over 4 hours because…read morethe technicians had no idea what they were doing. So then we noticed them losing little air which can be normal in cold weather. Last week we noticed both tires losing more than 20 psi in 2 days so we brought it in to the Mattoon Walmart on May 1st 2026 and they looked at them put new valve stems in and aired them upto 50 psi and said they couldn't find anything wrong. I woke up Saturday morning and one of my tires was at 25 psi. It had lost that much air over night. So I called and brought it back on sunday the 3rd and they argued with me saying theres nothing wrong. Obviously there is or they wouldnt be losing that much air over night. I asked if the tires could be bad he said that I would have to contact the tire company lmao stupid you are the tire company I purchased them thru Walmart. At this point I think they need to refund me everything so I can go somewhere else where the technicians are trained and know what they are doing.

The store is clean, spacious, and absolutely in the middle of nowhere. They serve a variety of nationally procured Amish produced foods, and some locally baked items as well. They have a number of raw ingredient products at very cheap prices; variety of oats and other grains, sugar, as well as a large selection of confection ingredients and spices. H & R also serves sandwiches throughout the day. They have a deli service and sell Troyer brand meats and cheeses which are rich and tasty. The store is closed on Sundays and Thursdays. Please drive with extreme caution since the Amish still use horses as their primary means of transportation in this area.

I've told her what happened, moreover, mentioning how absurd I find it that she is taking time out to speak with me about this issue from only one view point. As I respectfully told her it is not right for a store like ALDIS in this community having no standards of rule with the obvious . Making sure customers feel safe. I ask her if she knew that 25 people had been infected in one week? She said yes. I know this rule can't be done by her, however, Headquarters should be informed that we are on a high alert! There were rows and rows of vitamins and supplements as well as a full pantry-stocked grocery! All sorts of trusted organic and gluten-free brands were available for very good prices.
